What do you like best about the product?
working on one large canvas. being able to share with others, being able to take copies as images

finding where you left stuff, particularly when you create large documents and leave them for a period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to be able to have multiple diagrams and documents in the one canvas. I'm really only starting to use it more regularly again, after using it extensively in previous roles.

Effortless Team Collaboration and Organization with Miro

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been an excellent tool for our team. We implemented is usage with ease and use on a daily basis. Miro is how easy it is for multiple team members to collaborate in one place while keeping everything organized. The board allows us to clearly track programs, staff, open shifts, onboarding and internal transfers in real time, which improves communication and visibility across the team. Miro is user-friendly and offers great fe3atures that support collaboration and efficiency. It has become a valuable resource for keeping everyone aligned and ensuring nothing getting missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that to see details clearly, you often have to zoom in, which then cuts off other parts of the board and forces you to move around the screen to view everything. This can make it harder to get a quick, full-picture view of the board at once. Additionally, the inability to easily print the full board is a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses the challenge of collaboration and visibility for our team, which is distributed across various locations. It offers a centralized platform where everyone can access the most current information, work together in real time, and monitor programs, staffing requirements, open shifts, onboarding, and internal transfers. This setup minimizes miscommunication, enhances coordination, and ensures that tasks and open positions are clearly recognized and managed efficiently.

The cost. It is expensive in comparison with other tools, such as the Confluence whiteboard or Mural
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an amazing tool to reduce communication friction between company departments, and its integrations with corporate systems, such as Jira, Atlassian, Azure DevOps,s and Slack, enable members of the different teams to access key information quickly and visually.

Easy Setup, Perfect for Visual Brainstorming

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy to use and quick to set up an account. I love that I can start for free, which helps me prove its value before seeking a budget. It's useful not only for work but also for side projects or school projects. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes coordinating the use of different boards is tricky, people usually try to create board per topic instead of using different frames inside a single board which gets disorganized fast. Maybe try guiding new users towards the proper use of the frame tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visualizing brainstorming inputs quickly for customer alignment and feedback. It helps in internal diagramming by visually representing processes and strategies. It's easy to use and quick to set up, allowing me to demonstrate its value before getting budget approval.

User-Friendly and Essential for Process Mapping

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro very easy to use and very user-friendly. I can easily make my steps and appreciate how it gives me clarity on my process, helping me outline our touch points with customers. I also like that I can customize the steps depending on what touch points I need, like if a customer needs an email, a phone call, then a text, and repeat that, I can do it. It's basically like a huge whiteboard that goes forever, which is convenient. For a small organization like ours trying to automate for the first time, it's valuable as it helps align my team with the action steps and incorporates other people effectively into our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be cool if Miro could reenact the process for a mapped-out workflow, giving a visual of how it would play out. Also, integration with HubSpot would be nice. For us, it's not just about process mapping but understanding what technologies are part of each step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps map our processes clearly, making it user-friendly and customizable for our touchpoints. It aligns our small team for automation, simplifying workflows and incorporating others into the process efficiently.

Game-Changer for Remote Educational Collaboration

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for allowing collaboration when people can’t be in the same place physically, making it a game changer. I use Miro extensively in my online courses because it allows for synchronous and asynchronous communication, which is great. It also lets users collaborate anonymously or with their name, creating a safer space for exploring thoughts and learning together. This is important, especially for students who may feel unsure about sharing their ideas. The feedback system, through likes, hearts, and emojis, is a fantastic way for students to receive feedback without attaching their identity, which can encourage more open participation. I also find Miro's setup easy, and I really appreciate how it outperforms other tools like Mentimeter for my purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take students some time to figure out, it’s not the most intuitive but once you get it, you get it. Toggling between the cursor seems to be the biggest challenge as well as learning how to highlight and move things all at once. Not deal breakers at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enhances collaboration, enabling effective online courses with both synchronous and asynchronous communication. It's a safer space for exploring ideas anonymously or named, fostering participation and feedback. Though its learning curve is steep, once understood, it significantly improves engagement and interaction.

Reduced cycle times and improved planning visibility have transformed our collaboration

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

Miro Business - Enterprise serves as our primary tool for PI planning, roadmapping, and designing for projects within our organization. We have also been using it for brainstorming activities across our teams.

Additionally, we use it to run organization-wide initiatives such as OKR planning, portfolio reviews, and strategy workshops on canvases and Miro roadmaps, which are synced to our Azure Dev board. We collaborate using Miro Business - Enterprise with both internal and external partners and stakeholders.

What is most valuable?

The best features I appreciate about Miro Business - Enterprise are SSO, unlimited guest access, and advanced project capabilities. It is enterprise-grade, secured, and compliant with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and GDPR alignment. It is based on a zero trust security model, ensuring that the data we provide remains secure and safe, as we are using it for professional and organizational purposes.

The domain control, data residency options, CM integrations, shared policies, and audit logs are additional benefits. It offers a good organization-wide setting for roles, workplaces, integration for external sharing, and instant provisioning for automated user lifecycle management. My favorite feature is Infinite Canvas, which gives a shared space for planning PI and retrospectives, making visible who is working on what.

What needs improvement?

Miro Business - Enterprise has become our favorite solution for retrospectives and planning, and I do not see major issues with it. However, at extreme scales with 1000 or more objects and 50 or more concurrent editors, we experience some lag that impacts rendering and caching of large canvases. Improving performance for these extreme use cases might be beneficial, though for small or mid-sized teams, we typically do not encounter problems.

For how long have I used the solution?

Our organization has been using Miro Business - Enterprise for almost five years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Miro Business - Enterprise is a good and scalable solution, as we have not faced challenges or downtimes regarding scalability.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support has been really responsive. During our deployment, we received quick assistance, usually resolved within 30 to 40 minutes.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Prior to using Miro Business - Enterprise, we were not using any other solution. This is the first time we have adopted this kind of tool.

How was the initial setup?

The deployment of Miro Business - Enterprise was really easy and does not require heavy technical solutions or complicated deployment processes. It is very user-friendly and straightforward to implement based on our experience.

What about the implementation team?

The configuration process was straightforward, and we did not encounter any challenges or problems. It was completed easily with help from our engineers and system architects.

What was our ROI?

Miro Business - Enterprise has positively impacted our organization in numerous ways. Our productivity has increased by at least 60 to 70 percent due to the shared visibility and transparency it provides. This higher productivity means more work is done, resulting in an increased number of tasks completed. The 60 to 70 percent increase in productivity is based on planning, execution, sprint completion, project delivery, and project launch metrics. This calculated number comes from consolidating all the data from initial planning to final delivery to the client.

Miro Business - Enterprise has reduced significant cycle times for launching products and programs by 39 to 40 percent, allowing for faster time to value for initiatives such as PI planning and OKR alignment. We have seen significant improvements in almost all projects using Miro Business - Enterprise, especially in PI planning and OKR alignment. The cycle time is measured from when the task is entered to when it is delivered to the client, and increased productivity and collaboration, along with the transparency that Miro Business - Enterprise provides, have helped facilitate this reduction in cycle time.

It has also lowered tool and governance costs by consolidating whiteboards and other tools, saving us on overlapping app spend and reducing security review efforts. Overall, we have saved on risk reduction and potential data leaks by at least 70 to 80 percent.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Miro Business - Enterprise has provided us with an excellent solution at a low cost, especially since we obtained it through AWS Marketplace. It has offered us a good solution with opportunities for customized solutions, needing scaled admin tooling, and reporting. We did not face any major challenges in this area regarding metering, billing, setup costs, and pricing.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Miro Business - Enterprise, we evaluated alternatives such as Mural, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Visio plus Whiteboard. We found that Miro Business - Enterprise outperformed them in design quality, user interface, usability, and the learning curve.

What other advice do I have?

If you need a good visual collaboration platform for large, mid, or small organizations with enterprise-grade security and governance, you should definitely go ahead with Miro Business - Enterprise. The visibility, the security, and everything else is on point.

I rate this product a 5 out of 5.

Effortless Collaboration with Intuitive Setup

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro helps me quickly create a visual structure of connected people or processes. The ease of use stands out to me, as I could figure it out without much prior knowledge of the platform just by using common software tools. I appreciate the real-time group collaboration aspect where working in a virtual space with coworkers allows everyone to contribute in real time, rather than having just one person execute as the group dictates. The initial setup was a breeze, and I was able to get others onboard quickly too, utilizing the tools and contributing. My colleagues are so happy I found Miro and brought them into my workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be me, but it seems like I have to reselect the tool I want to use over and over versus the tool remaining selected. For example drawing a line from box to box multiple times, I have to go and select the line tool for each instance instead of the tool remaining in effect. If the tool remained selected I could just quickly connect boxes instead of having to keep going back to the tool bar and selecting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I quickly create a visual structure of connected people or processes. Miro's ease of use and real-time collaboration enable my team to work together effectively without relying on one person to execute group ideas.

Streamlined Planning & Customization with Miro

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for work planning and concepting, and I find it easier to demonstrate to my team what I'm planning because everything is 'in one place.' I personally love the community plugins for custom board designs and drafts. Thanks to these plugins, I can link work tasks to Jira and Slack, which is very helpful for organizing and grouping tasks. The initial setup was very easy due to the useful UI. I also think it's cool to see in real time how my team works and what they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Response time and the ability to save the board offline. Offline save is critical for some team members because of the electricity situation in Ukraine. It's cool to see in real-time how my team works and what they are doing, but sometimes it's laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, it's easier to show my team plans in one place. I love the community plugins that help organize tasks by linking work to Jira and Slack.
