The product is quite expensive and I found that it doesn't integrate easily.

Clear Opportunity Stages, but Terminology Can Be Challenging for Newcomers

I appreciate how clearly the stages of an opportunity are highlighted throughout the sales process. This makes it much easier to follow each step and understand where things stand.

Terminology can sometimes be difficult from people new to the sales process

Easy to customize, and is possible to support the system operation by a small team.

Report/Dashboard capabiltyis very bad, we still need to use other third-partny platform/tool to do the analytics.

there is not a sales performance and revenue forecast module, so we still have to use third -party platforms.
Fast Scaling Out of the Box, but UI Needs Improvement

The product that exists out of the box allows to scale fast.

The ui looks not too attractive, making it harder for people to use.

It helps us centralize our day, which allows us to keep on track of our opportunities.
