    What do you like best about the product?
    In my opinion Salesforce Sales Cloud has the feature of customization and User friendly Dasboards, It also has AI features like Automation of sales tasks is the best about Salesforce Sales Cloud.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I feel that in Salesforce Sales Cloud the setup costs are high comparing to other Crms and there are sometimes performance issues like lagging.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    In my case Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of Manual sales operations and benefits me with the automated Sales operations which makes the engagement of Sales larger. And It also has a customizable user interface which can be adjusted according to our needs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be a one stop solution to keep a track of my opportunities and it's helped me in my forecasts. It's great to have a holistic view of my accounts, their various opportunities and forecast percentaages, next steps, important contacts, etc. The dashboards are very useful too to help me plan better.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I like all the current capabilities offered and don't see any concerns.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps Customer Success to keep a track of all the ongoing opportunities in our accounts so we don't miss out on any key information. It's great for our forecast calls as well and eliminates the need to maintain spreadsheets with the important information required.

    I like theeasy dashboard, can see all lead quickly and efficiently, can drill down to opportunites and can created your own dashboard with graphs and charts
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Too many fields to fill which make the process slow, customization should be less
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    You can track opportunities and can see which could be close soon, where it is stuck and what to do to close the deals

    It is a very good tool to integrate all customer database and ticketing into one.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some occasional lags but probably because of my internet.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Integration of all the database records we have for Support, Customer Service and Billing. It helps us easily identify how to address the customer's issue.
