Great for Organizing Leads and Data, but UI and Load Times Need Improvement

It’s an amazing tool to help keep leads, coaching, and historical data in one place

Can still feel clunky with the UI and load times

For FinServ, it’s allowing us to have every single touch point an actionable piece of data
Great Sales Pipeline Management, but Expensive and Complex Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive Lead and Opportunity Management: It provides a clear, centralized view of the entire sales pipeline—from initial lead capture and scoring all the way through to opportunity tracking and deal closure. This allows sales teams to prioritize effectively and know exactly where every deal stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
High Cost and Complex Pricing Structure: This is arguably the most common complaint. The base subscription cost per user is often higher than competitors, and the total cost of ownership can rapidly increase due to required add-ons, features (like certain AI or advanced territory management tools), and essential external consultant fees for setup and customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Salesforce Sales Cloud solves is the inefficiency and lack of visibility caused by fragmented sales processes and siloed customer data.

Very configurable and developable - can establish nearly any business process

User management in Customer Communities is a bit tedious and in general, the inability to delete users permanently leads to a muddied system over time

We use Salesforce to perform service delivery and case management to Detroiters that are seeking training or employment.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Salesforce Sales Cloud connects all the records, making customer information, opportunity details, and account data accessible in one place. I find using the reports and dashboards frequently very useful. Furthermore, I value the consistent performance of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitations of the native reporting tools within Salesforce Sales Cloud. The current native reports and dashboards do not meet my needs as well as I would like.

I appreciate that all customer, account, and opportunity records are connected, simplifying access to vital information in one place, and enhancing engagement tracking.
Powerful CRM with endless customization
What do you like best about the product?
This tool keeps everything organized, from leads and deals to follow-ups, all in a single location. I really appreciate how customizable it is, and I find it very convenient to automate tasks and monitor progress without needing any additional tools.

Some features feel overly complex, and simple tasks can take too many clicks. Customization is powerful but can get tricky to maintain as the org grows.

It helps us keep all sales activities, leads, and customer info in one place so nothing falls through the cracks. The automation and reporting save time and make it easier to focus on closing deals instead of managing spreadsheets.

I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines the business process, making it cohesive and efficient for my sales activities. I also find the opportunity to code and eventually order through the platform particularly useful. The product's ease of use stands out, making my experience smooth and straightforward.

Solid Foundation with Sales and Service Cloud, but Needs More Built-In Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
My current company uses a combination of both Sales and Service cloud. This tool is a basis of any industry. It’s good starting point to add build on for CPQ and Revenue Cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no built workflows for generic use cases. Something like approvals or Flows for opportunities can be available as default
