Best CRM out there

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing about it is the widest integrations, helping with right analytics, it’s scalability is unmatched
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con that bothers anyone is it’s cost but can’t complain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps automate a lot of routine tasks, like assigning right accounts to representatives, detailed analytics, centralized lead capture & reporting etc
It’s the best one to use

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with all platforms possible. For a sales side perspective, we need Sales Force.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of training to be able to navigate to the features and pages.

We centralize all deal, prospects and business into SFDC.

I like feautures like auomation,forecasting and tracking of Salesfore Sales Cloud

There are too many feature which will be difficult to understand for a new user

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most is the robust feature set and the high level of customisation. It's a very powerful tool that can be tailored to fit almost any sales workflow. The ability to integrate it with other applications is also a big plus, which really helps our team operate more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the learning curve. Because there are so many features, it can be a bit overwhelming for new users and it takes time to get everyone up to speed. I. also find the pricing to be a little on the higher side, which might be a barrier for some companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If my manager wants to see the status of all our deals for the upcoming holiday season, they don't have to ask me for a report. They can just pull up a dashboard in salesforce that gives them a real-time, accurate picture of our entire sales pipeline. This helps them identify which brands are performing well and where we might need to focus more effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all the account information in one place and the ability to integrate and ingest data from multiple sources.

Great customer support with quick resolutions and given how much our team frequently uses it i believe this was a must for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be a bit cluttered and duplications are a real issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force is helping us streamline all the customer facing departments to use it as a bridge to communicate and work on sales pipelines together.

What do you like best about the product?
Number one for me with this product is ease of use. Granted, I have been using it for a long time, but I find it in general to be very intuitive. Also, I have always been a big fan of the reporting. I am always surprised when people use outside reporting because I don't think it is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Salesforce Sales Cloud is some of the search features and effectiveness. I feel like you really have to have the item exact to get the search results you are looking for. Often times I need to use a very specific reference to find the contact or account I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me know where i stand with my sales and it gives me a good idea of what is coming in for the future. It also helps me track my leads easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers strong reporting tools, dashboards, automatic lead scoring, AI-driven insights (Salesforce Einstein), and seamless integration with other systems like AWS or Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
With heavy customization or large datasets, users may experience slow loading, lagging dashboards, or delayed reports during peak usage hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us stay organized, follow up on leads, and close deals faster. It solves the problem of scattered customer data by giving us one place to track all our interactions, deals, and activities. We can easily see where each lead is in the pipeline, set reminders, and automate follow-ups.

It also helps our managers track team performance using dashboards and reports. The insights from Salesforce help us make smarter decisions and spot problems early. Overall, it saves us time, reduces missed opportunities, and keeps everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?

I did prefer the classic version to the lightning version

Tracking data and insights all in one place, helps us because before this we were using multiple tools to perform this function saving us thousands of dollars per year

What do you like best about the product?
Since we are juggling a lot—emails, follow-ups, demos—I appreciate how Salesforce automates reminders, task creation, and follow-up workflows, helping me stay on top of high-value accounts without manual tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm fast-paced and results-driven, so I get frustrated when the interface feels overwhelming at first. There are just too many menus, tabs, and fields—it can feel cluttered if it’s not properly tailored to how I work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of digging through emails, spreadsheets, or different tools, I now have all customer interactions, notes, and deal history in one place. This gives me a 360° view of every account.
