What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use.
Easy to understand
Very useful
Better than its competitors
Free of cost for learners
Salesforce provides platforms for learning purposes and gives a lot of experience
What do you dislike about the product?
It's has not been advertised properly. Not many people are aware of this technology as it is very useful. Though a lot of info is present for learning in-depth concepts are not taught.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has many useful cases in storing and processing data l. The platform provided is easy to use and free in most cases. The availability of the platform is also good.

What do you like best about the product?
Being the industry heavyweight, having salesforce means that almost any data you can think of can plug into it somehow. Which means that you can create a single view of the customer
What do you dislike about the product?
For the same reason, it can be hard to architect a Salesforce instance without it becoming bloated and staying meaningful. The other part is that it becomes very expensive once everyone starts using it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce solves the problem of having a single view of the customer to give them the best experience possible so they can buy more of your product and not churn

I used salesforce sales cloud for online appointment scheduling. Here are its benefits to me:

What do you like best about the product?
The need was to make sure our sales ops teams utilize the time at hand. SFM helped us not only optimized our entire sales force but helped us to increase the revenue from those pockets which were never penetrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In think the market we cater to demands competitive pricing to use such a tool. Lead management along with maps is a good idea, but since the team knows a lot about the location the work for, would not like to spend that much on subscription costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, Optimization, revenue, penetrating location, generating more meetings in a specific location, routing optimization, DM, etc have helped us. Still getting this integrated deeply in our day to day ops.

Super robust for enterprise sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
Out of all of the CRM's that I've used, Salesforce has the most robust customizable features. There are many different integrations that can be utilized to help make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce takes an abnormally long time to load. There's a ton of information in it, which I understand. But I almost feel like it can architecturally be optimized to help make pages load faster. Sometimes if I'm updating a quote, it can take up to 30 to 45 seconds for a page to load.

The Search feature is also outdated. If you type in John Smith, instead of Johnn Smith, you won't find your contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an extensive international sales team, which requires much customization. Having the information that lives inside Salesforce automatically be added to DocuSign Agreements is super useful. Makes things a lot easier than going back and forth and ensuring things are correct.

What do you like best about the product?
one of the best things I like about this is, its user-friendliness and add-ons according to our business requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
the sales force is Very Expensive compared to others, this is what I didn't like much about this, this cost will become unbearable to startups and nonprofit organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much useful to to Lead nurturing process in our organization

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great tool which out of the box can do a lot with minimal actual development, only through configuration. Like with most configuration based tools it makes certain choices about the way it represents data in the system but it also allows for customization with only a few button clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes being able to quickly make updates leads to expedient solutions means that not enough strategic thought goes into those changes. As long as you think through all of the implications of your changes, it shouldn't be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows for us to understand our sales pipeline and make informed, data based decisions instead of relying solely upon emails and tracking spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, I found the user creation to be fairly straight forward and simple and for someone who might have to create multiple accounts a day, it can allow me to be very efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it took a while for me to work out how to actually use the UI properly and navigate to the places I needed

Helps managge interactions with any of the customers

Ease of use:As a cloud consultant myself out of box features using cloud amazes me.

Accessibility: I can access from anywhere using mobile too.

Time-consuming to fill out every detail and info needs AI to do it.

Little on the expensive side other products out there

Wierd limitations which should have been obvious.

Tracking and keeping all information in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM has one of the most user friendly data entry systems I've worked with. Training takes under a day. The Saleforce Trailblazer community is an asset to help answer questions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature and setting up dashboards can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has been able to assist in making sure that customers are managed, and follow-through is completed in a timely fashion.
