Like a semi truck--takes a minute to get started but super powerful once you've got momentum.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful options and great features available for all team levels, which was been helpful when people switch to different departments within our company. It doesn't feel like you have to learn an entire new ecosystem each time there's movement because it can do so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it took our team quite a bit of time to adopt, as the learning curve was steeper than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has been great for automating tasks--to the point where we often forget how much time we've saved compared to what we were doing before. Centralizing all of our data into one platform has been a game changer as well.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform offers comprehensive reporting on every aspect, from the accounts we’re managing to the various stages of our deals, making it simple to monitor progress and base our decisions on solid data. I also appreciate that everything is customizable; we have the freedom to modify fields, include or exclude criteria, and adapt the platform to match our specific sales process. That level of flexibility truly makes it feel like the tool is designed for our needs, rather than forcing us to adapt to it. I also love how easily it integrates into the system we use to get leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely requires some time to get accustomed to, and I find it less user-friendly compared to other platforms I have used before. However, once you're familiar with how things work it feels a lot easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of leads, opportunities, and deals, and shows exactly where each one is in the sales cycle. This makes it easy to prioritize follow-ups, spot potential hurdles, and move deals forward more efficiently. The benefit for me is that I can manage my pipeline with confidence, stay on top of every opportunity, and ultimately close more business without letting anything slip through the cracks.

A powerful CRM with tons of flexibility, but it takes time to master

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has a huge range of features that make managing leads and tracking sales so much easier. The dashboards and reports give great real-time insights, which really help our team make informed decisions. I also love how customizable it is — you can tailor workflows and automations exactly to your business needs. Plus, it connects well with other systems like marketing tools and customer support apps, which makes everything feel more integrated and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is definitely the complexity. It’s a very powerful platform, but that also means it can be overwhelming at first. The learning curve is quite steep, especially for new or non-technical users. Even small changes sometimes need admin support. The licensing cost can also be on the higher side, and deeper customization usually requires extra time or development effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped us bring all our customer and sales data together in one place, which makes it much easier to manage leads, opportunities, and the overall sales pipeline. Before using Salesforce, our team used to rely on multiple spreadsheets and emails, which often caused delays and missed follow-ups. Now, with automation and reminders, we never lose track of prospects. The dashboards and reports also give management real-time insights into team performance, helping us make faster and more informed decisions. Overall, Salesforce has improved collaboration across teams and made our sales process much more efficient.

Has always been a great CRM but not the best for companies without the costly expertise

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the overall setup of the system, including its layout and the way it integrates with other platforms. The detailed reporting also stands out, as it allows you to delve deeply into the data. Customer support has always ben great and we use this everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is deeply complex, and unless you have someone who is at least an admin, you won't be able to access more than the basic metrics. Tracking custom metrics can be extremely challenging if you don't have someone with significant experience in the nuances of Salesforce. Not only is Salesforce itself expensive, but hiring the right people to operate it can be even more costly. Implementation of Salesforce products can be very time consuming and costly and Salesforce itself is not always easy to use for less technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform enables you to carry out many functions in a single location, which can simplify things for users who are adept at managing it and for leaders who are clear about the information they require. However, this isn't always the reality, as the out-of-the-box reporting is, at best, below expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and helps to access different leads and accounts. I use it regularly for outbound calls, maintain the updates on Parent Orgs using the Internal Notes feature, and check the performance matrix using the Analytics Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with the dialer on Salesforce stops working, and that hampers my work schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps maintain the data for different Parent Orgs, leads and accounts in one place. It helps define my daily schedule by creating tasks and measuring the performance matrix using the Analytics Dashboard.
