What do you like best about the product?
Information can be easily accessed from where ever and whenever
What do you dislike about the product?
The Load speed of the system but it depends on your isp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps the sales team access all the data in once place so that it can be used to hire consultants and put them on site with clients

Too many options and possibilities can make it complex for a simple user to navigate without a good admin set up

What do you like best about the product?
It enables users and businesses to track leads, deals from their customers. It allows the users to create custom fields, workflows, validation rules etc. to effectively manage their personal or unique buisness perspectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is alought a very effective tool for buisness but one main disadvantage is that it is costly for small buisnesses and as the main component that buisness need is customization and integerations, its pricing structure is complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly it is solving the otherwise quite tedious tasks by automating the work for users by the use of triggers, workflow rules, approval processes. Also it is a great place to manage data effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It can handle some complex data structures and integrates with many things
The ability to add/edit custom fields and data objects is nice
Basic reporting is quite easy and customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to use if you don't know what you're doing, so it has a steep learning curve. Out-of-the-box setup won't work for most companies, so customization is required to set it up for your business (which is always costly). You can't have an average business person do the setup or the advanced tasks, you have to hire it out to expensive consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us see campaign sales and create reports around marketing activities
Check on users/customers to see how far they have gotten down the sales funnel
Email marketing list generation

What do you like best about the product?
As currently working on projects that uses sales cloud I can say that Sales Cloud provides a CRM system that allows user to store and manage all customer data in a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a salescloud user I can say that salescloud is feature rich platform that means to use salescloud one must learn how to use it and more functionality means more to learn that makes it difficult to use. and being a subscription based product it may be high priced for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salescloud help me in analysis of sales process and in optimisation of it. as crm Sales Cloud centralizes customer data, allowing organizations to store and manage customer information in a unified platform.Sales Cloud provides real-time visibility into the sales pipeline, allowing organizations to track and monitor sales activities at various stages.

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer who has worked with Salesforce Sales Cloud, I would like to provide an honest review :
Extensive Integration Options: Sales Cloud provides seamless integration capabilities, enabling developers to connect with various external systems and leverage data from multiple sources. The Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs, along with the Salesforce Connect feature, simplify integration tasks and enable the exchange of real-time information between Sales Cloud and other applications.
Continuous Innovation: Salesforce consistently releases new features and enhancements, ensuring that Sales Cloud stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity and learning curve - Salesforce Sales Cloud has a steep learning curve, especially for developers who are new to the platform.
The complex data model, extensive set of features, and multiple development options can initially be overwhelming. It may take time and effort to become proficient in navigating and utilizing the platform effectively. I was working with the junior developer so it took a long time for him to understand the process.
Limitations in customization - while Sales Cloud offers a wide range of customization capabilities, there are certain limitations imposed by the platform. Some developers may find it challenging to implement highly complex or unique customizations within the constraints of the declarative development approach. In such cases, resorting to Apex code development may be necessary, requiring additional time and expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves problems related to streamlining sales processes, improving data accuracy, enhancing collaboration, and providing comprehensive analytics. This benefits businesses by increasing sales efficiency, improving customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have a 360 review of your customers. It helps consolidate your customer overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the product can be a barrier to entry. It can take a lot to get all your data together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having different places to store your data. It provides a more comprehensive look for all users vs having your own information.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredibly powerful, customizable system that can enable sales to be more efficient t closing deals and adding activity, as long as opportunities are used and some sort of revenue can be attached.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making sure the system is properly optimized and new features are kept up on, as well as keeping internal sales folks properly trained on the system, can be quite a workload for the admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inside team can track their sales activities easily and focus on who their most engaged partners are relatively easily. Reports are usually easy to pull as well once you know which one to use.

You either need to hire an admin team or external devs to implement the platform.
