Excellent CRM tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales cloud allows me to track and monitor my entire sales pipeline. I can track and classify deals based on potential. I can input tasks and create customized reports
What do you dislike about the product?
It ended up being very costly to our enterprise business. so that was the biggest concern. Functionality, though was great. sometimes data entry seemed excessive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely allowed us to forecast closed business with a good degree of accuracy. Of course, that was based on user input. the reports allowed us to have centralized forecasting.
Sales cloud crm in a hurry
What do you like best about the product?
We were able implement this solution in a matter of months and though a working progress the sales teams have adopted use of the platform very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many app to add on amd hard to know what is best to use sometimes

It is helping us progress our customers through the sales journey's and consultantS with next steps

What do you like best about the product?
One product can be configured for different sales processes and the ability to review pipeline for each team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No out of the box signing tool, always have to use 3rd party.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Give one place for all sales teams to track deals. If it's not in Salesforce then it doesn't exist.
Good CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce let me optimise my campaigns and works fluidic for our forecasting. Helps to manage accounts, cuatomers and leads in a efficient way. Would definitely try to automate more things on it.

Have some partial knowledge about the system.

What do you like best about the product?
My currents need to be able to capture prospects and get updated info to be and to sell better. By using sales cloud, they are able to sell effectively, efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are now trying to merge ask the different tools used in the entire org. So we need to re calculate the efficiency of the sales cloud and decide if r need to move to cg cloud

Keeping the sales representatives and managers and the team updated and informed so as to be able to sell better. It makes them more productive and gives them time to engage in selling activities instead of admin

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use a lot of insightful information and data that we can relate to other Business pieces that we also have in Salesforce. Based on my expirience it's very good compared with for example Zendesk but also complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very easy to maintais in reality if something wasn't build correctly like it's happening with us its not very easy to rebuilt due to the links we have with all other objects in the system.

Weare supporting our Sales teams to achieve the goals, building and making sure they have all information available to make smart and insighfull decisions based on correct data and process.

What do you like best about the product?
It's possible (with enough time/money/technical resource) to make Salesforce run almost any part of your RevOps processes. Its capabilities go well beyond other competing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it's evolved over time there are some old, unloved parts of the system still in place. There's often too many different ways of doing the same thing, all with different advantages and drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single, central repository of the status and progression of customers at all points in the sales cycle, from prospect to signed customer through to onboarding and customer success.
