I enjoy the low code and intuitiveness of sales cloud, easily enabling us to refine our pipeline.

I think the better visibility of precision sets and field security would be helpful, since we manage all our field permissions through permission sets

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best CRM I have ever used. I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud enables the development of stronger customer relationships. Having all communication history and data readily available allows teams to deliver more personalized service and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, straightforward tasks may require additional steps because of the abundance of features. The interface can appear somewhat cluttered, and there are moments when slow loading disrupts the workflow. However, after becoming familiar with the system, I find that efficiency increases considerably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Sales Cloud, tracking leads and opportunities across spreadsheets and emails was time-consuming and inconsistent. Salesforce has streamlined that entire process — I can now manage my pipeline, automate tasks like follow-ups, and get real-time insights into deal progress. This has helped me close deals faster and focus more on relationship-building rather than administrative work.

It’s highly customizable and works well for building tailored sales processes. Reports and dashboards give clear visibility into team performance.

It can be complex to set up and maintain. Some features are locked behind higher editions, and deployments still take extra care.

It helps centralize all customer and sales data in one place, so nothing gets lost between teams. Automations handle repetitive tasks, saving time and reducing errors. It also gives clear visibility into leads, opportunities, and revenue, which makes planning and decision-making much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity and attractiveness of Salesforce Sales Cloud's interface, which significantly enhances usability. The support from the Salesforce team is commendable, providing necessary guidance when needed. The opportunity creation and financial management features are incredibly useful, making project tracking and financial planning effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud quite challenging due to being a new user unfamiliar with the interface. The initial learning curve was steep, making it difficult at first to get acquainted with the product. Even though I watched YouTube videos to help with the setup, they didn't provide the assistance I needed. It was through navigating the system myself and seeking support from Salesforce that I eventually got comfortable with it. Additionally, it would be beneficial for new users if there were more accessible tutorial videos or resources to ease the onboarding process into Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Salesforce Sales Cloud simplifies financial planning and project management, making it easier to track accounts, opportunities, and revenue across various projects within my portfolio.
