Transformative
What do you like best about the product?
Building customer 360 view. Getting all data into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We are in the entry stages and looks to be a wonderful solution for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits us by allowing us to get all our consumer data in one location building that 360 customer view

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and metrics are configurable. Seeing other salespeople and how everyone contributes is helpful. Learning from winning strategies and sharing knowledge is emphasized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunky and the UI is not very exciting. Sometimes I miss things because they are below the end of the scroll. Still too much data entry but hopefully with more AI and transcriptions things will get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When do I go back to prospects and customers without being too intrusive or annoying? How do I know what emails are effective and which aren't depending on the customer profile
We wish it did more and worked with well other integrations

Ease of viewing information. Layout and learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information doesn't always share to other integrations. Daily paint is using the app to verify my email address

Works for our sales team mostly but in my role I can view all their notes

It's easy to use and acts as a repository for all my sales info

It is hard to create reports and can make it hard to find certain things

Houses all of my sales info and allows my team the ability to track our progress on deals
Sales Cloud is Evolving!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great tool for the end user. The features and functionality allow a sales team to track their pipeline and collaborate with ease and efficiency. Over time, new productivity features have been added.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a back end user, the code/configuration pieces are not easily audited. With many compliance audits and the need to dig into who did what, how and when, it's not as simple as other applications. There are a lot of object limits which make a single instance org feel cramped and restrictive and the license model is not easily understood with all the add ons and not sure what gets included in a license and what does not. Also, the reporting capabilities are just not there (out of the box).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Salesforce has enabled the businesses to no longer use Excel spreadsheets for pipeline tracking. Things can now be done directly in the tool. Users can also use chatter (although it's extremely limited) to collaborate and follow different opportunities, etc.

Love the access to my clients
Wish it was available on my mobile device without having to log into the secure login which then blocks other apps etc

Everything you need can be housed in salesforce

I don't like how slow it is sometimes and how many steps there are for certain actions

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice that there's an opportunity to build out any report you want on any items that are input into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more intuitive. It can feel complex and overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is how we operate our whole business including opportunity management, quote creation, and execution. I do believe it helps, but I would like to see everything streamlined better.
Salesforce was a very plain medium that we used for tickets.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how simple the interface was and how it organized information we entered in a no nonsense fashion. The ease of use allowed for all members of our team to use and record information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how many questions it asked and how slow Salesforce could be at times. Sometimes I would be on the phone with a customer and Salesforce would be buffering for no known reason. Other sites would be fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did give us a portal in which would could resolve current issues by looking at past tickets or look at documents created by technicians over the years. It also kept us organized and assigned tasks to the team accordingly.
CRM in one place
What do you like best about the product?
You have one single application to manage all your sales, contacts and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is ont as intuative as you might want from an application for CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does give you one platform for managing your sales. It allows you to forecast potential revenues and at the same time make sure that your accounts and contacts are updated.
