Great tool if properly used
What do you like best about the product?
The low code methodology helps those joining the Salesforce ecosystem to immediately make an impact. The ability to develop and implement Sales process within an organization has created a new career path for myself and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn! There are a lot of tools available and sometimes it's overwhelming to the average Admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped consolidate my teams data and host it outside of our company walls. It's been a great tool for solving issues with decentralized user bases across the country.

I like how customizable the sales cloud is. We are able to tailor the tool to exactly what our team needs as those needs continuously change.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with reporting that can be confusing to people who aren't familiar with the tool. It can require more training when on boarding new members

Sales cloud allows for ease of access to all customer information as well as sales activities within one place. We are able to build a one stop place for our sales to access all their information

The UI is a bit antiquated and doesn't meet our company's UX standards

What do you like best about the product?
We are recent users of sales colud, however in our short time we have seen an improvement with our Sales team satisfaction and the dealers experience.... we look forward to continuing to grow with SF sales cloud

Licences configuration is a little bit diffucult to learn and work with. It needs to be a little bit more user friendly

Administrative ui, slow updates to security functionality, classic version functions still being required to do simple tasks.

Giving all aspects of the business clarity and transparency around business processes and metrics. Allows users in different divisions and roles to hey what they need.
