What do you like best about the product?
It's vast array of services and customisation coupled with its all in one service.

It's adaption to new technologies such as AI are a plus.

All in one service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing cuts out a large margin of startup businesses from a brilliant product.

The access to the software should be more widely available to a larger brand of customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing sales and customer relationships. Allowing people to track people in the business they want to converse with and allowing further reach for the business.

What do you like best about the product?
We can make Salesforce into whatever we need it to be to fit our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates and customizations require a lot of salesforce knowledge so everything takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's forcing our team to organize their data.

Good tool. Very scalable solution. Majority of the tools are just available easily.

License fee is very high. Little cheaper would be great

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and the innovation that Salesforce brings every release making sales reps job more fun

Some cool features are not inherient to basic Platfrom. It causes a huge break when I go charged back from Dreamforce

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and adapt to your needs... once it is up and running and you get the data in then it makes a lot of great capabilities available to you and your team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution can be a little slow to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the communication opportunities with internal colleagues and with customers. So many ways to connect which makes business easy. And being able to create multiple contacts for an account is great. We only have one contact per account in our current system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We operate often in a very high volume transactional business and I find Saleforce Sales Cloud might be a hinderance to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining all customer information in one account is big. And the options you have from those accounts to create orders and such which is great.

What do you like best about the product?
At TSA we purchased the service as part of the digital transformation. We had many forms and process related applications that were developed by shadow IT without any governance. Salesforce helped bring some standardization and speed to delivery. What I also like is that gov cloud includes FedRamp controls that are necessary to host HHH FISMA data.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the love of God I cannot understand Salesforce License model. It is the worst in the industry. At TSA we have numerous external entities and ended up costing a ton to just allow them to modify the objects. What I also do not like about Salesforce is it's data strategy. You want to store data for easy access but when it comes to taking them out, we spent several million dollars. You need to have a better external data strategy. I also think Salesforce professional services did not do a good job on training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Data access 2. Speed to delivery 3. Common platform for customer/users with guard rails 4. Ability to get access to data from anywhere 5. FedRamp'd gov cloud with correct FISMA controls

What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity yet hugely efficient and useful.

It is quick to get setup and running but extremely effective and able to integrate with multiple solutions and external playeforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales process with overly complicated and there is a challenge in terms of data residency in a number of client locations which requires additional costs through third party platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acted as the single source of truth found and allowed us to consolidate data from multiple sources across geographic locations meaning that it is much more efficient at tracking the sales funnel and experience

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless lead tracking and end to end product summary. Sales clouds intergrations into other platforms means we can easily see how the whole business is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can have a steep learning curb which can be daunting at first

Creates a centralised hub of all data that means we can easily see what teams are doing and track where we are performing against overall company targets and objectives
