What do you like best about the product?
The software's user-friendly design and quick learning curve have been a great help to me in the quality department.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't come across anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our sales cloud, we are introducing new features that are helping to generate more opportunities and leads for our sales representatives.

Powerful and Flexible, but Can Be Overwhelming for Smaller Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud makes it incredibly easy to add new fields and automations with very little coding or deep technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud can be overwhelming at times with all of the different features and services available. It can be difficult to manage for some organizations who don’t have a large staff or resources available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sales cloud and non profit success pack to track donors who donate to our organization. We also track marketing interactions and grants using sales cloud.

Duplicate records between contact, account, lead and opportunity that are hard to explain at the bank

What do you like best about the product?
This is an out-of-the-box solution designed to deliver industry best practice approaches. It offers ready-made features that help implement proven standards efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing makes this product less accessible, as it is not an affordable option. It also does not seem to be designed with small and medium-sized companies in mind.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great product. It does exactly what it's supposed to do without any complaints. I appreciate how it allows us to quantify opportunities and is crucial for our sales team. Recording account contact and lead information is easy, and it's accessible to everyone. Additionally, being able to access Salesforce from a mobile app is fantastic, and I love the flexibility to use custom objects for various tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is very expensive, and the contracts are sometimes confusing, making it difficult to decipher the actual cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to quantify opportunities and record contact and lead information accessible to everyone, essential for our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is helping us track our opportunities and interactions, and to become an aggregator of all the various data points for further reporting and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there’s a “save as draft” button!

Sales Cloud is helping us keep track of of the status of all of our opportunities.

Great for Retailer Management, But Needs Customization for CPG Distribution

What do you like best about the product?
Helps manage retailer relationships and track distributor performance effectively. The reporting tools provide visibility into channel sales and promotional activities across our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s built more for direct B2B sales than CPG distributor models. Requires significant customization to track indirect sales channels and retail execution properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes our distributor and retailer account information, eliminating scattered spreadsheets. This gives our field teams better visibility into account history, orders, and promotional calendars, helping us coordinate trade marketing activities more effectively across regions.

Great for Lead Tracking and Reporting, but List Views Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Mainly the lead and opportunity tracking and the data captured throughout the process which I can then easily turn into customised reports and dashboards, this makes running BAU and progressing in real-time work forwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list views are quite rigid and aren't searchable through the search function. It would be ideal to have similar functionality and editability to an excel spreadsheet within the list view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from the obvious CRM functionality, we're leveraging each build to capture more data and automate processes as much as possible. We were not able to do this in our previous code heavy platform
