Great product, could use some tweaks

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows a thoroughly documented journey for potential clients, which makes it easy to gather data and propose the best solutions for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more programmatic solutions out of the box; would be nice to have to build less and use more pre-made blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our salespeople honest, makes sure they are utilizing proper process

Territory management is a problem

What do you like best about the product?
Opportunity and pipeline Managment. Product and price book management are some of the features that are pretty stable and ability to create custom objects helps adding additional content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Territory management and forecasting is a bit of challenge to adopt and utilize for a a variates dynamic method. Need help in the territory management in salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing much to be frank, people are still using mainframe and excel sheets

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud is super customizable so when we have specific nuances related to our business, it's there to service all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not used to it - it does take some getting used to. There's a learning curve that I wasn't used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to accurately forecast our company revenue. I hate to admit but we were piece mealing it all together and I was in charge of that. Now that it's more automated, this is making my day to day more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using Salesforce Sales Cloud, we have been able to look at our accounts in a way that we haven't before - everything is in 1 place, and a full 360 degree view helps us drive our conversations. Further, the streamlined opportunity tracking, robust reporting and analytics, and mobile accessibility have really been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption is always tricky, however this is mostely a business problem to solve. The tool is intuitive enough and the UX is great, however I hear from our technical colleagues that the back-end takes some time to get use to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing customers in 1 place, unity in customer data, single source of truth, and the platform is unified with its many products for integration across the board.

Perfect out of the box

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up out of the box. For the most part just need to have the data formatted for the standard objects and have it uploaded. The process is straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the way data is presented.. However that is mostly due to the package we have since we have the lightning experience. Not a deal breaker though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing is that we are able to keep our sales representatives accountable for their work since are able to track everything that they are engaging with and inputting.

What do you like best about the product?
Bringing together all of our data and helping bring processes and reporting all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The struggles of bringing data in from an outside source that is not using mukesoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and recircling the dispositioned leads. Also, the opportunity Pipeline Management.

What do you like best about the product?
Constant innovation, seamless integrations, intuitive UI, highly configurable without code, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
When organizations don't keep their org clean and up to date. This is common as many companies don't invest properly with SI partners and SFDC admins quickly move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a system of record and a system of customer and partner engagement. Helps keep me organized and productive. Keeps me honest with MEDDPICC. :-)

There are many features in sales cloud that we are not aware of that we should utilize

Being the hub for all information about our customers and tracking deal status / conversion for our sales members

What do you like best about the product?
Strong at CRM and integrations for leads. Also good for managing campaigns and attaching leads to campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a real dedicated technical person to administer. This is not a user friendly easy tool to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing new physicians and Telehealth companies who are interested in compounding pharmacy services.
