What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Sales Cloud allows me to track leads, opportunities, and pipelines all within a single platform. The dashboards and reporting features make it straightforward to monitor both performance and forecasts. Additionally, automation tools such as flows and AI insights help boost productivity and ensure greater accuracy.

setup and customization process can feel a bit complex for new users.

Sales Cloud helps solve the problem of disconnected sales data and manual tracking. It brings all leads, accounts, and opportunities into one centralized platform, giving a complete view of the sales pipeline. Automated workflows, forecasting tools, and AI insights reduce administrative work and make follow-ups more efficient. It’s helping me and my team stay organized, close deals faster, and make more data-driven decisions.

I like how Sales Cloud gives a complete view of the sales pipeline, helping teams track leads, opportunities, and forecasts all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how there are certain limitations on customizing dashboards and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit significantly from using Sales Cloud as it gives us high level overview from all the activity we enter. Problems like disorganization, poor pipeline visibility, and inconsistent data storage were solved through the centralization of data.
