What do you like best about the product?
Excellent capabilities for handling large volumes of data, which makes it easier to understand complex relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time, these are complex projects that require significant effort to deploy their full capabilities.

It can be a big clunky and needs some customization that took time to setup and A:B test what would work for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I value Salesforce Sales Cloud for consolidating all sales data into the cloud, simplifying data management and reporting. The lead management and opportunity scoring features are incredibly useful, guiding our sales team efficiently. The integration with HubSpot and the usage of AI within the CRM enhance its effectiveness significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product consolidates all sales data into the cloud, solving previous issues with roll-up reporting. Opportunity scoring helps our sales team focus efforts effectively and identify next best actions.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product for geocoding addresses, which we use in other workflows for optimizing conference planning, selecting sites, and recruiting volunteers. The heatmap is also helpful for exploratory data analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve with translating the exporting of selected tab data to reports (eventually figured it out, but was not intuitive)

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sales Cloud is how it brings every sales activity together under one platform. The combination of customizable dashboards, real-time reporting, and pipeline visibility makes it easy to track performance and spot opportunities without needing additional tools. The automation features streamline repetitive tasks like lead assignments, follow-ups, and email tracking, which saves a huge amount of time and keeps my team focused on selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration are often complex and require significant time or outside expertise, especially for new users or teams without a dedicated Salesforce admin. The learning curve is steep, and it can take a while to unlock its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform automates routine sales processes, workflows, and approvals, increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual data entry errors. This enables faster deal closures and better coordination across internal teams, critical in plenty of companies managing lengthy, complex contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud gives complete visibility into the entire sales process. It’s highly customizable, automates repetitive tasks, and provides strong reporting and dashboards that help teams make better, faster decisions.

The main drawback of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity — it takes time to configure and maintain. It can also get expensive as you add more features or users. However, once it’s set up well, the benefits far outweigh these issues.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of scattered sales data and manual processes. It centralizes all customer and deal information, automates routine tasks, and provides real-time insights through reports and dashboards. This has helped me work more efficiently, stay organized, and make better, data-backed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool brings together all customer information in a single location, making it easy for both sales representatives and managers to get a comprehensive overview of sales activities. It enables them to manage opportunities efficiently and review the history of all activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary issue lies in the manual data entry process. Although this approach enables managers to gain a comprehensive overview, it is quite time-consuming for representatives, which frequently results in incomplete information being recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue this addresses is the breakdown of information silos. When every sales representative handles their activities separately, the workflow becomes dependent on individuals, which means managers have to spend a lot of time following up with each person just to get status updates.

As for the benefits, it enables sales reps to monitor their own progress and learn from their colleagues' activities, helping them identify areas for improvement. Managers, on the other hand, gain a comprehensive, real-time overview of the entire sales operation, making it easier to quickly understand and manage the team's overall performance.
