What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has a good a UI that helps users navigate their accounts and leads easily. The guideance paths on the Opportunity object makes it easy for a rep to understand what each objective of the sales stages are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activity metrics can be frustrating to understand. Unless you know what you're looking for it can easy to miss important activity on the object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us solve our revenue metrics. It allows us to keep track of all our opportunities and understand how quickly or slowly they are progressing through our sales cycle.
It seems like there might be a typo in your input. Did you mean "opportunity path"? If so, it refers to a path or course of action that leads to opportunities or potential success.
What do you like best about the product?
The pass function and next steps in the business negotiation are simple and very good. The snowstorm effect when closing a deal is very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the budget management features for business negotiations to be more comprehensive. Please make it easier to set sales targets.

It's very good that you can centrally manage negotiations with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
My key positive with sales cloud versus other competitors is how easy it is to navigate, see all of my deals and manage the activity across accounts or contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need for 'custom' work to do things that should be simple or out of the box. We rely heavily on apex or complex solutions which quickly means that the platform 'grows legs' and without properly managing it can cause issues for the teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From an internal perspective we are tracking all deals from a centralised place that can then easily be reported on.
When supporting customers, we are solving problems relating to their business processes across customer services and sales.

Salesforce Cloud is easy to customize and easily meet customer demands for process automation and integration.

Until now I couldn’t find aspects that I didn’t like apart from data loading which might slow down when data volume is high.

Salesforce cloud allows you to speed up the processes by automating them and allows good communication between users with the mail and notification system.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sales Cloud experience during many project working for Accenture. Every time it was useful to meet the requirements of every client. I think the best are Marketing Sales Cloud functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, even if my experience is continously improving and maybe something not good has been put in place. I would like to answer this question in 6-12 months.
