What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines sales operations, especially with the opportunities pipeline, making tasks more manageable and efficient. The ease of setup was impressive, and I've found the pricing quite reasonable. Its strong performance and integration capabilities also stand out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the data storage options quite limited and expensive. This restricts how we can use the system, especially when trying to leverage it as a data cloud. Also, the cost associated with increasing storage can be a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the opportunities pipeline in Salesforce Sales Cloud simplifies our sales operations, making everything easier and more organized.
I enjoy working on Salesforce and as my main app is the sales, I enjoy working on it

I like sales cloud as it allows us to build whichever solution we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it lacks certain Service Cloud features. For example, having an escalation process similar to what exists for cases would help ensure opportunities are managed more carefully.

Our entire sales process lays on this app. It helps us manage our pipeline, forecasting, contracting and activating orders
Easy Workflow Management, but Too Many Clicks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up and manage business workflows for handling customer data and interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, accomplishing a task requires quite a few clicks, which can be a bit cumbersome.

We rely on this to keep our members' information current and ensure it is easily accessible for our associates working in the field.
Great Usability and Features, but High Cost and Paywalled Options
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and plenty of options if you want to do coding. There is a lot for a person with drag and drop on pages, setting up fields and making workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, it is a lot to license this per user and there are many features locked behind some pay, makes it feel like nickel and diming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with people, having records to share between staff, making things more accessible by being on the cloud, lower cost of developing new items.

The best thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its flexibility — you can customize almost everything (pipelines, automation, dashboards) to fit how your team actually sells. Plus, its integration ecosystem and reporting tools make it powerful for managing the full sales lifecycle in one place.

It’s complex and can feel heavy — setup, customization, and maintenance often require expert help. The interface can be cluttered, and licensing costs rise quickly as you add features or users.

It centralizes all sales data, making it easier to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in one place. This improves visibility across the team, speeds up decision-making, and helps forecast revenue more accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud helps to drive our pipeline faster and provides insightful reporting that identifies white spots in our operations. The flow automations feature is particularly impressive, enabling multiple automations and helping our sales reps work more efficiently. The cloud-based nature of Salesforce ensured a quick implementation, faster than we expected, which was crucial in adapting quickly to sales users' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitations on the number of pick list values available in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Additionally, managing page layout views for different profiles seems cumbersome.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance our pipeline speed and identify reporting gaps, improving statewide business operations. It provides automation that accelerates our sales reps' work, making processes more efficient.
Easy to use for sharing documents, but with compatibility issues in Microsoft

I find it very easy to share and locate documents, and the different types of storage available are very useful.
