Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is helpful to our sales team. They are able to manage accounts easily and have access to see recent activity within any account. It is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we still had the automation tool process builder for Sales Cloud. We are very happy with the product and the ability to pull in the other cloud platforms. Better standard reports would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us connect our team with all of our accounts. We are able to see data in real time which makes our teams more productive and our customer interactions personal.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows teams to track leads, contacts, and opportunities seamlessly, ensuring no potential sale slips through the cracks. The intuitive interface makes it easy to visualize your sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides of when it comes to Salesforce Sales Cloud are costs and learning curve.
While Salesforce does offer trailhead, there are still some gaps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had no insight into how or why our sales teams were winning or losing business. Now with the help of creating opportunities and products, we can track not only our sales, but which products sell the most.

The complexity of the backend setup causes delays with updates

Seamless integration with AWS. data access betn the two cloud and ease of reporting using Tableau and CRMA..

There was a huge push for AI .. every session just spoke about AI and moved away from CRM benigits

Use for content management's and analytics.. managing performance and reporting

The best part about sales cloud is how easy it is to update records and stay on top of opportunities. It holds my sales team accountable with updating their opportunities as it becomes acaukavme

It's hard to keep people updating their records. There are other applications we use to streamline this experience but I wish that there were more options available out of the box
