Hard but efficient

What do you like best about the product?
As administrator Sales Cloud is highly customizable. I can tailor it to meet my organization's specific needs, creating objects, fields, and workflows.
In addition the Custom reports and dashboards provide valuable insights into our sales performance, helping us make informed decisions.

Finally I appreciate Salesforce's ongoing efforts to improve the platform with regular updates and new features. This ensures that we always have access to the latest tools and technologies to stay competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be complex for new users, especially those without prior experience. The vast array of features and customization options can be overwhelming at first, requiring a learning curve.

Also the cost its not a pocket friendly, Licensing and subscription costs can add up quickly, and customization may require additional investments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eamlines sales processes, automates repetitive tasks, and provides a 360-degree view of customers, allowing your sales team to work more efficiently and close deals faster.

Also it helped us to capture, nurture, and convert leads effectively. You can prioritize leads, assign them to the right sales reps, and track their progress through the sales funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we do not have anything to configure at first. Just use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We got to train our users for them to understand the relationship of accoubt, contact and leada and opportubity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an out of the box solution that we can propose to out client. It works on day 1.

Great experience so far especially keeping track of host sites for our program

What do you like best about the product?
Automation and generative ai capabilities. How it will simplify sales processes and other stakeholders engagement. Huge revenue growth can be unlocked and processes can be faster
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much about CLM enhancement. Did not like that some features are on roadmap 2025. Can we bring them sooner? It will be nice to also talk about integration with other systems like slack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract lifecycle, sales enablement, funnel efficiency, kpi metrics, data management, stakeholders engagement, executive visibility. Yes, it will help with business productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud’s customizability and flexibility allows us to support a variety of complex processes. No matter what the problem we can design and implement creative solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead management is cut off too much from Contacts and Accounts (no support for custom objects). Which causes too much friction when considering marketing integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud provides a single source of customer data across all of our various BU, supports our teachers and ultimately our students and families.

Lead conversion &opp conversion with multiple channels

What do you like best about the product?
We are trying to implement lead conversion and opportunity wins via multiple channels : with Salesforce we are very much impressed . Going forward we want to integrate slack with Salesforce e for both sales and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we implement multiple channels in the process of conversion of opps and leads , some of our sales engineers felt discomfort when we proposed multiple solutions .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's customer 360 degree view for us to work end to end sales . And it's a single source for us to do end to end sales as well with customer interaction with community channels.

Einstein GPT is probably the most exciting way to get our sales team note engaged and drive more focus to close sale
