Opportunity management to know the company pipeline.

No close date automation a newly created opportunities and as close dates pass.

Highly Customisable Platform, but CPQ Feels Outdated
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite customisable to our unique needs - whether it be restricting access to confidential deals, or the sheer variety of our product offering and the different sales governance and workflows that underpin those

The sales forecasting is quite immature (though to be fare it is how we have implemented it, not a Salesforce limitation)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce provides complete visibility on our sales funnel allowing us to manage 200+ opportunities simultaneously. We have just began proper lead management as well giving us top of funnel insights
Extremely User-Friendly with No Dislikes
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly! Users with little technology experience are able to easily navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes but I think it would be helpful to have a better way to update contacts.

Being able to give business users exactly what they need, very straightforward
Salesforce Streamlines Processes but Implementation Can Be Complex
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has enabled us to gain a comprehensive, 360-degree view of our clients and has helped us streamline our quote-to-cash process. Before implementing Salesforce, we managed approvals using Excel sheets, but now the entire process is automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing Salesforce within your organization’s existing processes can sometimes be quite complex, so it’s important to work with a reliable partner to ensure a smooth transition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has greatly improved our quote-to-cash process, making the entire workflow much more efficient. I am truly impressed by how well it works.

What do you like best about the product?
I find working with Salesforce Sales Cloud offers smooth and easy transactions, greatly simplifying tasks and boosting efficiency for our team. The setup process was straightforward and smooth, with no significant challenges. Respectful collaboration with high-quality service improves our workflow, enhancing team productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find creating quotes and managing leads slightly challenging, as it could be more intuitive. Additionally, on one occasion, I found some aspect of the service annoying, though it generally worked out in the end.

I find the product makes transactions smooth and life easier, reducing workload and complications for higher team efficiency.

Lack of marketing or focus on product at Salesforce events. Everything is overshadowed by agent force.
