Great Customization and Reporting, but Too Click-Heavy for Reps

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility to customize various sales flows and analyze large volumes of data. The introduction of dynamic forms has made a significant difference, allowing me to tailor page views to suit the needs of different roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system remains cumbersome, requiring a lot of clicking and manual data entry. As a result, reps tend to skip steps whenever they can and are constantly searching for shortcuts or loopholes. Management frequently discusses the possibility of adopting external solutions that would let reps operate outside of Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we relied on a proprietary app to manage our entire business, but it left us in the dark about our sales operations. We had no insight into what our sales reps were doing, the volume of their sales, their customers, or even the number of calls being made. The only information we had was about which users had been provisioned. Sales Cloud changed everything for us, transforming our sales organization and leading to a significant increase in our revenue.

Sometimes OOTB items aren't aligned with our workflow and require a complex workflow to get it running

We use it to track opportunity, account hierarchy and tracking account health

Without effective system management, the user interface can quickly become cluttered and difficult to navigate.

This CRM solution helps track leads and sales opportunities, manage customer service through cases, and organize annual project management tasks. It provides a comprehensive way to oversee sales processes, customer support, and yearly planning.

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, it is fairly easy to customize the platform to meet business needs. Even then the standard features are incredibly powerful out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit unintuitive or overwhelming to brand new users. Some of the record pages can show too many things all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies managing prospects and provides a holistic view of all engagements with customers. Helps to reduce context switching between multiple different systems by having the most important details surfaced in one place.
