What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps all my data organized and is my source of truth for my company. I use it everyday and can't say I have many complaints. It integrates easily with all the other tools I use at my company and whenever there is an issue, customer support is quick to fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not aesthetically pleasing and can honestly feel bulky, as if there's too much information in it that's not always accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is helping me prospect easier by knowing what companies and who at those comapnies are engaged with mine. It keeps me honest and tracks my metrics so I don't have to.

The dashboard look, it can be look more attractive by just adding the summary of leads & opportunity status.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create your own work flow for the sales process since not everyone has the same steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system looks a little dated. I've used hubspot before and prefer their easy drag to next stage feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of where I am in the onboarding process, activating new subscribers, and tracking training.

The product’s user interface could be better. There could be an option to change the price list without creating a new quote.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is an intuitive and easy to pickup tool that can extrapolate sales team efficiency to an astonishing level. Getting technically savvy sales reps can be a challenge, and so ease of access is a terrific pathway to success for these teams

Sometimes teams need a little bit of handholding in order to fully maximize the tools potentials, and as such can take away valuable time from other tasks their focus should be directed towards

Using Sales Cloud as a reliable CRM is beneficial not only to us, but our customers as we maintain their data in a clean and private manner, allowing us to manage any nuances that can pop up

Guides well in generating data so you can unlock insights and better sales later.

Where is the true innovation in this product? Sure interesting features where added, but all of them require a separate license. The cost to get all features is high! Very high!

It provides consistency in the sales pipeline and helps to not only makes the sales activitieties un-proprietary activities, but also helps to avoid bias and removes gut-feeling as the top accelerator for sales.
