Very easy to configure/modify to business needs however integration with ERP is painful

What do you like best about the product?
We liked the fact that it's very configurable without coding knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
integration with ERP packages. Too many fields require to be mirrored between packages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM for our salesteam, follow up on contacts / opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily the store , organize and track all my information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the information such as accounts and their addresses and their account owners becomes inaccurate and disorganized

storing all of our companies information for past, current, and future use to reflect on.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly configurable and can be whatever you want it to be. It's a great tool when your sale has a high level of complexity and/or dependencies on multiple objects (ex. lead funnnel, product, service, and customer success all involved).
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sales Cloud is pretty limitless, it takes quite a bit of knowledge/effort to setup the way you want. Implementation is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the modern day sales user, there are many tools required. Sales Cloud does an excellent job of bringing all of the data across your sales touchpoints into one place to create a hollistic view of your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Rolling out this product, there is lots of functionality, but you really need to understand the business use cases in order to increase adoption and set up templates for non-technical users or they get overwhelmed
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to be tech savvy in order to get the most out of it or have a person who can help you navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going to a city - who else is nearby that I could visit

Our firm uses many salesforce apps, sales cloud is a well integrated and easy to use platform that has been with the company for some time now.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I understand it is a great product.

Ability to track sales processes and pipelining. We utilize the platform through our Broadforce

It is very helpful for the business development team to optimize their outreach to physicians. Saves time and allows for better reporting on outreach.

It required implementation team. Business users had trouble finding their accounts.
