What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is extremely easy to use and has a lot of features that powers our production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, some features were not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helped me organizing my leads, my customers and potential contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud's flexibility is what I appreciated most about it. It's tailoring options can fit almost any sales process and it has a great ability of being able to integrate with pretty much any marketing/sales tool.

The dashboard givs me clear visibility into my pipeline, has become a vital part of my sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bigest downside has to be it's complexity. Its customized workflows will need admin support early on, which can slow down early processes.

However once we were up to speed, it was ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fully solves the issue of managing a high volume pipeline. I always struggled with inconsitent follw ups and visibility into my pipeline.

It allowed me to streamline my process and reduce the manual work of managing the data.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of features, especially when it comes to reporting. It integrates with pretty much everything in the sales sphere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very complicated and hard to learn how to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking calls, analytics, all kinds of different reporting options.

What do you like best about the product?
Every piece of data i could need as an SDR on customers and prospects is in salesforce, its great and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. Initially it took me a couple of months to get used to using the software but apart from that its been very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps as i put new prospects in sequence, i can export all contacts into outreach which streamlines the process and makes it seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
That updates can be made/seen in real-time. It provides maximum visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating accounts where contacts have changed and not having a clear oversight over who’s involved in the decision-making process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It aggregated all contacts and account details for new business outreach.

Customer support not much well. you need to improve it. Not provide solution on imeadiate bases.

Its make to handle CRM is very easy for us. Also help me to setup new things with minimal changes.

Easy to access especially in terms of customer support when sending an email or check their details.

Sometimes when I used Salesforce there are times that the system will not automatically update in terms of the client sending their details.

Email Tracking to the clients, conversations, and easy access to contact them.

I like how easy it is to use, fast and that it has everything in one place, from leads to deals to contacts and more..

the UI isn’t the most intuitive and can get pricey pretty fast

The fact that, as a user, you can use the system from anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
If Salesforce is not set up well enough, then as a user you frequently run into issues with permissions that prevent you from getting on with your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All information is centralized in 1 place giving you 1 single source of truth.
