What do you like best about the product?
Great as a data warehouse and platform to build whatever you want on top of

It's usually slow and clunky and requires admins to get max value

It's where all the data lives related to the customer
Great functionality, not simple for salespeople to use
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Salesforce is unmatched, it can be integrated with anything, and made to support any type of sales model or product complexity. For any large sales organization, there's almost no competition in terms of how well Salesforce can accommodate any custom need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult and unintuitive for salespeople to use, and that leads to limited adoption. It also requires integrations to extend its functionality in many ways, such as outbound platforms like Salesloft and Outreach, or marketing platforms like HubSpot or Marketo. Sales reps often end up working out of a different product, and Salesforce just becomes the database where information is kept as a system of record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us manage and prioritize prospect accounts and contaacts, and manage and forecast pipeline.
Returning Customer to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has helped us clean up our reporting, reduced our paperwork and the number of apps that we have to use to do our daily work, and has helped us with our accounting. We worked with an outside implementer which was the only way to onboard with Salesforce, in MHO. The organization that we worked with was excellent. They were knowledgeable and helped us tremendously with the transition. The process is HUGE.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time we have an issue, it seems that we have to purchase another app. I call it mission creep. Our initial estimated costs have more than doubled since the beginning of our implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CRM was dying. This was our main reason for looking at moving to Salesforce. Having a "clean" database for our customers and manufacturers has been a huge step forward for our organization. Also, the accounting aspect of our company is complex and we have been able to streamline that process as well. These were the largest issues that Salesforce helped us resolve. In addition, having a uniform method of managing quotes and attaching documents to customer files has created a better, repeatable process for our sales reps and support staff. We think this will allow us all to be more productive and eliminate mistakes or "dropped balls."
Not the best in the business
What do you like best about the product?
I use SalesForce daily on my job. It is always the same for many types of businesses. It has many features, and the customer support is there to help when you need it (quite often)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very user-friendly. The UI is not very intuitive and it's easy to "get in trouble" if you don't remember the step-by-step tutorials you have to do. It would need some implementation, especially in terms of intuitiveness
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't solve much because not easy to use.
Everything you need for sale is here in sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
All the features required are there and continuing to get updates on tools like flow makes it better every time. We can track our customers and see the insights live on dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it happens that we do not know what we actually can do with sales cloud power. It gives us a wide range of applications and implementations that its not what I don't like about us, not about the sales cloud that we sometimes get late to find out such features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is all in one Pack, it gives everything to you in one place and you are just a few clicks away from it. It can be integration with another third party, getting your chatbot, pipeline management, or anything you may need to make a successful CRM. So, we do not have to worry about looking for anything anywhere else and just focus on sales and leave the rest to the salesforce sales cloud.
Lead generation from multiple sources and enabling to track the complete lifecycle of leads in the form of interactive reports and dashboards is really helpful.
On the other hand automation with salesforce flow is reducing our daily repetitive tasks and savin a lot of time.

Salesforce is a robust system that can do many things but has flaws

The ability it gives our salesteam for reporting and information keeping

some smiple things with reporting that make it difficult like pulling data from various points that can prove difficult.

Tracking our customers and their employees along with opportunities and leads.
Flexibility is a bonus

Limitations to standard functionality in terms of customizations and reporting.

Allowing us to bridge the gap with the number of systems our users have to use to get information. The benefit is, we can now have said information live in Salesforce, granting easier access to data.

Ability to deal with customers sales and service needs
We used salesforce for managed our customers and it was very good experience with salesforce.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provide very simple interface for federation with other IAM softwere so we can manage access from our org. And that was a very useful for me as IAM developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i am getting trouble while login thats the only thing i deslike about salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce solves problem user management and data analytics of sales for me it provide very convenient way to do that.

While Salesforce offers powerful features, getting accustomed to the platform's full potential may take time for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the sales pipeline, lead to lost opportunities and delayed deals. However, SF automates and streamlines sales processes, reducing manual tasks and improving the efficiency of the sales team. This results in faster deal closures and a more agile sales pipeline.
