What do you like best about the product?
I find that the customizable process flows in Salesforce Sales Cloud are excellent for our organization. They are clear, prescriptive, yet flexible, allowing salespeople to perform their tasks effectively while bypassing unnecessary steps. I also appreciate the potential of predictive features that could further enhance our sales efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup challenging, as it lacked guidance through comments and notifications, requiring significant improvement over time. Additionally, the integration between Salesforce Sales Cloud and other tools like Service Cloud is insufficient, and we have not fully utilized it. The user interface is another area that I believe could enhance the experience with improvements towards a more intuitive, text-based, and natural language interface. Furthermore, there are challenges related to cost, which limits access for some users in the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud's flexible and prescriptive process flows enhance our sales processes, allowing customization and unnecessary step circumvention, benefiting sales efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of basic setup and the extensive customization options that Salesforce Sales Cloud offers, allowing it to be tailored to specific company needs. The ability to gain comprehensive insights into our sales process without needing to engage directly with every sales representative is invaluable. I also find the sales forecasting feature to be particularly useful. The overall ease of customization is a significant benefit and a compelling reason for continued use.

I wish Salesforce Sales Cloud offered more out-of-the-box solutions for every use case.

I find the product offers a full view of our sales process, reducing the need to ask each representative directly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it brings the whole sales process together in one place, from lead generation to closing deals, while still being flexible enough to fit each company’s way of working. As a consultant with two years of experience, I’ve seen how its automation, reporting, and customization features can really change how sales teams operate and collaborate. It’s always rewarding to see clients move from using messy spreadsheets to having a clear, real-time view of their pipeline and performance — that’s when you know Sales Cloud is truly making a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel overly complex at times, especially for users who are new to it. There are so many features and settings that it can easily get overwhelming without the right guidance or setup. As a consultant, I’ve noticed that even small configuration changes can sometimes have a ripple effect elsewhere, so you really have to be careful and methodical. It’s also not the most intuitive platform right out of the box — it takes a bit of time and customization before teams start seeing its real value.

This tool makes it incredibly easy to keep track of sales.
Dashboards are nice

We can create dashboards and analysis numerical data.

It’s hard to set permutations each business unit.

It takes a lot of time to manage pipeline by excel.but sales cloud solved this problems.

There is no additional ability to customize and support CRM ANalytics tool.

Great Navigation and UI, but Slow Map Loading in Some Areas

It gets me to the location. I really like how the navigation is set up. Flashy UI.

Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load maps and some areas work better then others

It helps our team coordination on locations. Very good for collaboration.
