What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce insures that organization always have access to trendy and updated technologies which is the best thing in 2024 and also it has mobile accessibility so user can use from anywhere that's why it is mostly used.

Sales cloud integrates with many application so integrating it with legacy system solution can be challenging.

Salesforce sales cloud implementation provides businesses with ability to increase their productivity levels. The important features of sales cloud that help increase business productivity include the workflow and approval, Mobile CRM software, Sync and share files.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very effective at managing revenue streams and building custom reports, but the user experience is suboptimal. More customizable options would be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is not very intuitive for users. We often have to scroll way down on the page to find important tagging tools. Sometimes key functions are hidden under the "Related" tab on the page and are not even able to be seen unless you click into it.

It helps our organization track incoming revenue streams and what tools are used in trying to close sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is to have customized views and reportings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Putting the predecessor in Gannt/Project plan require lots of manual work.

It is helping me in easy management and cross team collabaration
Salesforce is a very powerful tool meant for larger companies and can be cumbersome to smaller ones.

Importing contact lists are very simple and easy to organize once in place.

Ease of use is hard on a simple user/small organization. There are very powerful tools within Salesforce that almost all of the require a Salesforce Developer or a large time commitment to setup when there could be simple options for a smaller company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce gives us a CRM that helps us to organize our clients, contacts, etc. so that our sales reps are not 'crossing lines' in their bordering territories that otherwise would be a nightmare to keep track of logsitically.

The UI is still not that great. The amount of fees we pay, there are better software out there that could be a great with UI

We have better tracking of our leads and prospect with Salesforce. It also help us see the top of the funnel and sales pipeline

Sales cloud is easy to navigate, it has a ton of new features that allow for better data retention and communication across the organization.

Some of the integrations we used to have are not avaliable for some reason!

What is our primary use case?
Since Salesforce Sales Cloud is a CRM solution, we use it for keeping contact information, opportunity management, sales planning, and accounts planning. We also use the solution's AI functions.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are opportunity management and metric integration.
What needs improvement?
The solution's configuration could be improved because getting a purchase order and administrating the right fields can be a real headache for us, especially when the Sales Cloud system enters an error stage. We get explanatory errors, and there's no indication of how to solve those errors. For me, that's just incomprehensible.
The solution's mobile experience and opportunity management should be easier for auto-selecting things.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Salesforce Sales Cloud for nine months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
As far as I know, the solution experiences downtime only during planned maintenance. I've never experienced an unplanned outage, which is pretty good.
I rate Salesforce Sales Cloud a nine out of ten for stability.
What other advice do I have?
The systematic integration in the opportunity section helps us streamline opportunity management. We used the solution in the first year for account planning and territory management, which was helpful.
I would recommend Salesforce Sales Cloud to other users. Users should be very careful about pulling everything, and they should keep it as simple as possible. If you're going to create something that will produce errors, then make sure that they explain how to fix it.
The solution's mobile experience for our sales team is not good. I rate the solution's mobile experience a two or three out of ten.
With Salesforce Sales Cloud, we have everything in one spot, and the solution's AI function really improves our experience.
Overall, I rate Salesforce Sales Cloud a seven out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, easy to find documentation, easy entry of documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much unneccesary data added by our architech
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is now adding sales tax to all quotes without having to manually add them. There is a button that our estimators can click that states "add tax". It's been very benefiical considering we were doing everything through a tax calulator for over a year.
