Overkill for small businesses who don't need all the features it offers

Sales specific features, how easy and quick to market the solution. 3 releases per year to add more features. Generative AI addition is cherry on the top!

Powerful but simple and easy to use. We are new to the product learning quickly.

Lots of different plugins and different products available. Almost too many options!

We use it as a CRM tool. Keeping all our customers data in the one place.

Access control is good and I really like the automations for broadcast emails etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky in the interface. We found that we had cost issues for big broadcasts was an issue as well.
