You can create entire applications inside the platform that help employees through business processes and make their lives easier

There's limited ability to create custom forms for employees to fill out data. Sure, you get all the text elements and stuff you need for input, but you can't format the form to adjust the layout of these elements, as far as I know.

We're a school district, so the product we sell is "education" and out customers are "students." And our employees are various types of staff.
We've created an application yo help our behavioral health clinicians do their jobs easier and faster, it helps them through all the business processes like compliance forms and evaluations
We've also made an application to help HR do employee evaluations. All the forms and procedures are a nightmare, and this system helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to customize and fit our needs as a higher education organization instead of the typical business

Need to go third party for managing large data, built in tools are meant for smaller loads and data cleaning such as deduping and uploading

Helps keep track of a list of potential customers for our org and reach out to them with details to help secure them

I used it for billing and invoicing most of the time, it automatically creates the invoice by just filling out the details, invoices gets created easily. Transaction can be checked .it helpes releasing invoices generation in an efficient way.

When i started using it i found it more complex as compare to other tools of billing like tungsten.

The sales cloud solves the problem of having multiple contacts and information. Before we had several spreadsheets and now it's all together in one place.
