What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the general ease of use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, making it user-friendly for our team on a day-to-day basis. The integration of new features like maps and lead management tools is incredibly beneficial. The ongoing education and support from Salesforce help maintain the platform effectively.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage physician liaison opportunities, streamline onboarding, and grow our network. It offers ease of use and innovative features like lead management, maps, and agenting capabilities, supporting our health system's growth.

What do you like best about the product?
The most frequently used objects are set up very well, and the AI assistance features are quite effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SDR agent and Sales Coach agent on Sales Cloud are not very impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us build our entire sales pipeline, which we can then use to track and increase our revenue.
