Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The sales bot is especially useful for quick help and providing information in a digestible way. The forecasting tool is also easy to use and extremely helpful for analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the user interface can be a bit overwhelming and hard to use (especially if you're not familiar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to automate analytics for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
My team is new to SF cloud so we love that we can get great help by the experts whenever needed. They have helped us use the product and get it up and running for our instance

Small things that we dislike have been solved at the TDX24 updates for spring 25
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need lead scoring for our bankers at m&T to be able to convert their leads to opportunities and increase sales
Created great experience but requires research to do it right

Flexible platform, relatively easy for developer to grow a career
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is lacking on the platform when building and sometimes Salesforce-referred partners do a bad job and there's a lack of responsibility/accountability. The number of certification dumps on LinkedIn makes it difficult to use the certification program as an accurate measure of a new candidates success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is compliant and allows us to scale with complex 3rd party APIs that other platforms don't have.
A developer point of view
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize almost everything and the database connection when developing is the most easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The developer console is not so good, running unit tests takes too much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep tracking of the stock and help to sale it through all the stores
Effective, but dated and slow
What do you like best about the product?
Maps can expose quite a bit of data, making it easier for field sales reps and marketing to make decisions about which customers to target. It also makes it easier to plan a rout for visiting clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maps is slow and requires a lot of clicks to do things. The exposure to new possible contacts via data layers is difficult to navigate and convert to leads, requiring a lot of setup and working around limitations of the data. Large data sets are slow to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to locate specific clients in a location to plan a day of visits. Easier than using reports and external maps and guesses.
