What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its ability to organize our data effectively and provide a comprehensive 360-degree view of our customers, which is crucial for our business. What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its ease of use, allowing our diverse teams to be on the same page. The platform consolidates all sales information and opportunities into a single accessible location. I also find the training tools, like Trailheads and documentation, excellent for training staff, making the uptake process smooth and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of aligning our team across various business verticals to be challenging. Additionally, migrating from different Salesforce environments and Microsoft Dynamics was difficult due to handling data from multiple organizations and integrating it into a single platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product centralizes our sales data, enabling my team to access information seamlessly, improving coordination across services, contracts, finance, and sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the setup process of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be very easy, especially with the support of a vendor who handled it efficiently. The case management features, including the automatic creation of cases and email-to-case functionality, are incredibly helpful. I appreciate how Salesforce keeps all departments connected and streamlines case creation processes across various scenarios. I love Salesforce Sales Cloud's capability to integrate backend flows and manage business lines using leads and opportunities. The UI is user-friendly, making it a valuable tool in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Salesforce Sales Cloud requires too many customizations and lacks sufficient in-house features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud solves case management, keeping all departments coordinated with seamless case creation and management. It simplifies departmental collaboration using cases and is crucial for managing leads and opportunities efficiently.

Ability to customize our pipeline based on our orgs unique functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much it has worked well for us. I think we need to integrate more tools like Docusign into our system to get the full use benefits of it

Making it easy to track where each of our partner districts is in their pipeline and once signed on easy to find all the details related to what we are doing with them

I appreciate how this product can integrate with such a wide range of platforms. This flexibility makes it much easier to connect with the tools I already use.

The learning curve for new employees is noticeable, as it takes some time for them to become familiar with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management and sales are the main aspects I focus on with this product.
