A Great Product for all type of Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
The best in the market as it captures even the smallest of information in an organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many say it is priced high, but my opinion would be always the best quality product/ service comes with a higher cost than the average ones in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love utilizing Salesforce. It is extremely easy to use and assists me with having the option to keep tabs on my development and make a spotless pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have observed a monstrous measure of achievement in creating leads and recording my connection with those leads. The cons are far offset by its geniuses and I have made more progress utilizing SalesForce Cloud over some other deals/CRM programming out there.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a ton of features that allow for optimum usage. There is no thing such that a Sales CRM that needs to be there which is missing in SF. Also, its constantly innovating
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Salesperson, you would want your book-keeping or customer record maintainence easy and not cumbersome. However, that is the main issue with SF
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, the usage of SF is way too complicated and cumbersome. As a salesperson you need ease.
On the flipside, its extremely trustworthy so no downtime etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for something that is exhaustive then SF is the way for you

Simple and Powerful

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to configure and implement the nuances of your business process in Salesforce. It has powerful APIs to connect to other systems, simple to complex as per the business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very easy to change the UX, this is a complex process. So most of the implementation uses the standard UX of Salesforce. It should have had a few temples for better user experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead distribution, customer engagement monitoring, improving sales cycle, building customer database, Sales governance, financial control and easy customer reach out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the easiest tools to implement. Salesforce can grow with you as does your organization and business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Sales process designed to help our Customer Sales team to boost their productivity and also the time management between the Leads imported. Also, the Leads generated from various sources are the awesome feature that I liked the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports and dashboards cloud be better user-friendly for the business user especially. Also, the dynamic nature of data in the dashboards could be improved to manage from different Standard objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales process has transformed from the Legacy process to a new process that has been designed from Salesforce Standard process. Post that we have designed it as per the client's flexibility which helped our client to increase their sales business rapidly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do multiple things at one go and in one place is the great thing that we like about Sales Cloud and so the automation that comes with to do all stuff around sales life cycle is a great deal to work with too
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps, the lead tracking can be more comprehensive of source, channel, and other context building of of all prospects will be something to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using this for solving some of the marketing, sales and support-related use-cases largely in the context of messaging and sales automation to conversion. We have seen great deal of business agility and scope of opportunities solving this use-case enabling our customers for their business growth

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to see insigths and deep details of the customer, products and services proposed on the opportunity and take special attention on points that could provide better insigth
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this moment I'm really glad to use this great tool for the purposes of my rol and duties so at this moment everything its ok with this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems to solve is to have a central point of interaction between all the staff involved on all the stages of the presales and closing opportunity
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really recommend SalesForce for CRM purposes and others such as insights, Discovery, stats.

Salesforce is a cult classic!

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features integrated with the platform. It is user-friendly. I like that you can set up notifications to be sent to your email. Salesforce has been around so long that everyone knows about it and it can be used with a lot of other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a little outdated. They should add features that keep it in line with the competitors. We need fresh ways to get to the goal line and finish our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer use it, but when I did we were able to manage a project from beginning to end with the program. Communication and project updates were the most impacted by using Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth a try, and its a known program to work.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a fantastic tool to track the entire customer relationship experience from end to end. We like how it is incorporated with business products in the different stages of the sale. During the initial stages, it helps the business know where a certain prospect was sourced using UTM campaign tracking. Other features include automatically creating opportunities, updating stage status, and creating case objects which give the business a clear picture of the sale conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make some of the fields & values easily configurable to be shown in the UI - example: I was looking for some field values to be visible in the account details form but I asked the developer to query it for me via a different & more technical tool. I wish I can have it configured on my own instead of asking the tech team to do it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer = Business. It helps track the customer journey and ensure that the business is provided with key details/information of how to convert prospect into actual customers.

High Velocity Sales is a Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create any sales cadence that matches any sales process for your business along with the ability to create consistency across sales teams and with that, you can do meaningful testing for higher and higher sales velocity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cadence creation tool can become a little difficult to master. It's getting better, but a copy and paste feature for similar functionality would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding focus to the sales team by eliminating the distractions that can be found within any CRM. It keeps the measurement and management of sales much more consistent because the structure of selling is consistent; so it levels the playing field.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd like to see some "standard" call actions built into the tool, instead of having to create or recreate for each cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great how your team can be up to date with all the information going in the company. At the moment, we use SF for selling porpoise. Back in time, I used it for docs library, and it was great its always up to data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know is a cloud based software, sometimes I wish I could go faster. We in a rush, I need to be patian with it, cause I know if going to fast, it could easily crashed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF is our main tool for our clients data base. I'm prospecing all the time and use multiples tools to do so anf the way SF integrates with them it's just amazing.
