What do you like best about the product?
Detailed record-based database which helps get as much tiered information about accounts as possible. We use this software to access our customer accounts and get informaiton to support them better
What do you dislike about the product?
the UI of SF has been very stagnant for a long time, with Lightening things became a bit fresh, but it could be made better. Doesnt affect the functionality much, but adding drag and drop functions, easily moving records around would make it helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping optimally predict, create road maps, leverage resources and of course look at our records. Makes us productive because it is all in 1 system

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Force Sales Cloud is ideal for companies who need a solution that allows them to scale it and access it anywhere. This has been the biggest win in the post-COVID world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any CRM, it can have a pretty steep learning curve. But that has less to do with SafesForce, as that is more just the nature of the beast in tools like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud needed to allow us to access it anywhere. So many of us aren't coming into an office anymore, but we still needed all the tools that Salesforce is known for.

Spend time using it and it will be incredibly helpful to your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud that's good CRM for sales throgh web. We can easily understand customer relationship management software. We can give reply and we can easily sale the products through sales cloud CRM

There is no such but definitely should be easy for many for people if the cost will be less definitely people can easily use and small business people also can use thi se software

This software given me solutions for my products saling and quiries. This CRM throgh we solves problems through web that's great for many and whole world can clear throgh web quiries solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Helps organize data on our clients to allow our agents to assist them with ease, packaging the information in easy-to-navigate columns to ensure their average handle time is where it needs to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, we run into difficulty with accessing large amounts of information, such as call and case numbers so that reviewing information on a weekly or monthly basis becomes quite difficult and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce recently updated the formatting of their main pages, specifically how the case column is depicted, bringing it to the center of the screen and condensing down a lot of the information found there.
Efficient and Effective program that helps me to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very efficient getting the information you need quickly and effectively. Leads and book or business accounts are easy to find and update effectively every day
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes too much clutter of different tab options and different fields that aren't relevant. Scrolling thru account pages can feel very cluttered at times with not enough focus on important content like call & email notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of being disorganized and untimely with clients. Also helping reps stay organized and follow up with clients efficiently. New leads and self sourced leads are easy to keep track of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend for the use of sales pipeline and book of business organization & tracking
I'll suggest them to use SalesCloud if they do have a business case where it suits best.

I do like the ease of automations you can create in Salesforce

I don't like the limitations of Territory management

In my case, I do help our clients onboard Salesforce misc clouds.

Experience Cloud, COQ,
A lot of great features, but cumbersome and not particularly intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very comprehensive and detailed. It can do just about anything and the integrations allow the software to work seamlessly with loads of other tools. It also serves as a platform for fast communication within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Salesforce Classic, the separate tabs and icons for a single account can be confusing. While the software can do a lot, I find myself bouncing around looking for features and functions. It's a bit messy. Also if linked to a phone number, it can be difficult to undo and result in constant notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce provides me with a solid CRM to track leads, schedule follow-up, and oversee project developments. It allows for rapid communication between departments.
Complete CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
I consider very useful the next best action feature that gives our sales executives ideas of products that our clients might buy in case with don't have in stock a SKU or we want to offer a cheaper option.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not like the time we took to implement SalesForce in our company even when we did this with a SalesForce certified partner and we paid for the Premier Customer Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big problem that we had was that each customer was served by always the same sales executive, with Sales Force we are giving a better customer support by allowing that any of our sales executives can understand the history of any customer.

If you want to integrate it with SAP look for the best partners to do this part of the implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been helpful building out our contact relationships for our School of Business. We use Salesforce to map out the student journey from application to graduation and beyond. We track academic engagement and extra-curricular activities and provide incentives for attending certain events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation has to be built to capture more in-depth engagement metrics from advising appointments to co-op/career preparation appointments to extracurricular activities to mentorships and etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of engagement and improve our services based on the needs of the students. Staff and executives are able to see a better picture of the overall situation of our students, whether they are struggling and in need of assistance or exceeding and looking for new opportunities.
