Powerful data management tool, but very technical
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides a secure way to store sensitive data, is customizable to pretty much any industry (as long as you are clear on what you want the CRM system to do for you), and I really like its ability to integrate with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's most suitable for people with previous IT experience and at least some knowledge of CRM system setup. I don't have such knowledge and it took a lot of effort and time to set it up myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business challenge Salesforce Sales Cloud solves for is business process automation. By having client data easily exported from Salesforce to other business applications, it transforms the tedious task of manual data entry into a quick and easy task.

What do you like best about the product?
Indeed, Salesforce Sales Cloud is one of the best products/services from Salesforce. The entire sales cycle of the product ranging from adding product to SF, Creating accounts and contacts, and Managing campaigns to auto-sending emails to the customers has become a matter of few clicks. Additionally, the Report creation and Dashboard creation helps to keep track of all the activities which may go unnoticed in other CRM tools. Cross reports filters are the cherry on the cake which help to merge multiple reports.
It provided a bird's eye view of the deal's progression throughout from its qualification to its closure. But in my view, its reporting feature is the most powerful and can be utilized in multiple ways to keep track of all the stuff.
So, for all the organizations which are looking for a full-proof CRM, SF Sales cloud should be their first(and only) go, they can manage all the objects -- accounts, contacts, maps, activities, campaigns, lead everything under the same umbrella with a very easy learning curve.

What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find as such any drawback for the product so far apart from its limited reporting facility(especially only one row-level formula limitation). It's a complete package, which serves almost all the needs of the teams. Pricing could be the area where some more relaxation could be provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is taking care of the entire sales cycle for me with intuitive reporting and dashboard features. Easy integration with SF other tools like Maps, Campaigns, Insightsquared, Hubspot etc has also been also very useful/ beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has separate databases for customers, prospects and contacts in general, so we can easily access the information without confusing the information. Its reports are very complete, it allows us to know the behavior of customers and thus amend errors in the sales department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very complicated and challenging to work with this software at the beginning, because of its many functions and the many options of integrations it offers, but after a short period it is easy to manage to use it. The mobile version was not what I expected, it assumed the same functions as the web version in a more adaptable interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best crm we have used in the company, because it has the tools and functions to operate in several departments and all the information is centralized. Its internal chat allows better communication between the work team. It has many useful integrations for all departments of the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is ideal for small and large businesses, especially for the ability to make integrations with other software, which manages to create a very complete platform for different departments of the company. I particularly love the fact that all the company's information is in one place.

Customer care, sometimes they are not much responsive

Basically a modern & innovative CRM. Salesforce Marketing cloud hsd been beneficial for our Marketing campigns

Highly recommend salesforce. Salesforce can be benfecial regardless of how big or small the organization is. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is also a tool that can be useful for the organization.
Salesforce Integration with Dooly
What do you like best about the product?
I currently have the Dooly application linked with Salesforce. The integration helps save me a lot of time, and helps break down information silos in my company. Dooly is able to sync notes directly to an Account/Opportunity in Salesforce with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dooly application sometimes does not pull the correct Salesforce record into the "Record" field so I need to be sure to check. Unsure if this is an issue with the Salesforce application or the Dooly integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps my company break down information silos, and become the main repository of information for my organization. When used properly, I'm able to find everything that I need in the Account screen.

What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility and ways to keep my sales activities and motions up to date. The various integrations we utilize help me with sales insights, reminders, and ability to trigger contact (email, call, etc.) from within the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
There are errors from time to time that are very "wonky". Sometimes fields that are dependent are not marked clearly and I have to hunt to figure out what is needed to advance a deal to next stages. Also, contacts are difficult to keep up to date. As people move in and out of jobs and/or companies, we find ourselves with out of date contacts frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce enables me to deliver undreamed of productivity by enabling me to "juggle" far more accounts than I would using any other process.

Salesforce gives a sales person a guided journey and allows for collaboration to provide the best possible buyer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost too much on the platform. It can be overwhelming if you are using all of the toys. Configure carefully and choose to walk before you run.

Can be confusing to get used to new features and it is not an easy process to customise things cosmetically

The CRM, the data insights, platform, simplicity , everything. Very user friendly,easy and great help and support

Nothing so far, it's an amazing platform to work with, though a bit expensive. Options still available.

Entire sales pipeline is implemented and using all its ilfeatired. Integrations with third party systems works amazing. It's highly Customisable as per the needs of the company and help and support is available readily
