Moving on to a more scalable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you would need to do within a CRM is covered. It is highly customisable and can be used by different departments for a variety of uses, from sales, to marketing, to finance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's user interface is very far behind competitors, especially the kanban view, with a growing number of people moving towards Hubspot as a balance between offering and scalability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased visibility into sales stats, improved conversions, sales driven email templates, linking with powerbi to provide better graphical data for all levels of employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not a CRM to use as a new business and SMEs may struggle to see the return on investment.
One of the best CRMs out there
What do you like best about the product?
This CRM has all that a small company needs, we didn't need any customizations at all. It's simple, easy to learn and straight to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets pretty costly after a free trial if you have more than a few employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to manage client accounts and sales.
SSC made management in our company more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
this app is very efficient and flexible to the custom need of our company. it helps us to maintain our accounts and data. it is useful for our sales associates to keep a track of reminders, databases, and calendar features.
What do you dislike about the product?
the setting up process was not as efficient as it should be. it could be improved more. it is a bit expensive for the small business community. also, we had to use customer support in a few instances which should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is customizable to different clients as well, which makes our work efficient and smooth. the data is consolidated in one place and is accessible across. it also fills a device between outreach groups that support our leads and promotion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's an investment, so it may take some time to see effective results. but be patient and it would help you.
Salesforce Cloud Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of web to case and web to lead which created automatically the records in SF and we can interact with the Customer easily regarding the Product for marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is such thing to dislike but there are things which can't be configurable.They can be possible using APEX(Coding).I suggest that can be enhanced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can interact with the customers easily and marketing of the product can be done in a most proper way and also Account Contact Opportunity Relationship is a great benefit to Salesforce CRM

Salesforce sales cloud or Lightning is the best tool for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Better Reporting, Data management for the sales team and pipeline management. The ease of use was also one of the qualities that's very good about the lightning platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data upload, poor customer service, high cost etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Relationship Management, Business data management, Increased Opportunities and forecasting were accurate as data analysis.

Love the ease of use brought about by the integrations to other sales enablement tools like outreach, linkedin SN and prospect.io. One-stop-shop for getting a 360 view of leads, contacts, account history and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little daunting for novice users who are faced with so many granular fields to update and build reports. The salesforce lighting experience does help with making the flow easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps sales teams gain visibility of outreach efforts, track their own progress as well see how teams are performing on a day-day. Solves many of the problems for sales teams engaged in high-velocity outreach and business development .
Great CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Due to Salesforce being the #1 CRM on the market all our business tools integrate well with Salesforce. Reporting is very simple & allows to get data very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can often feel overwhelmeing. This can make navigating & maintaining Salesforce can often feel very difficult. But I think this would be the case with most CRM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to store & access all of our customer data. Salesforce allows me as an analyst to report this back to management quickly and efficiently. Enabling business performance to increase.

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides an amazing platform to generate and monitor sales reports and dashboards. It is very easy to use and has a very intuitive UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such that I dislike about it. It is a great platform.

I am using Salesforce Sales cloud to create and monitor my sales records and to create customer dashboards. It provides me hassle-free control.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provides lots of Out of the box feature like Lead Conversion and their Sales path as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I have but yes all the things was really good.

Problem is that let's suppose if you want to convert Lead an Opportunity and want to involve any other Object then It is not possible to do then for this issue I have written the custom logic

This is a large platform with several features and facilities that a newbie feels overburdened initially.
There are not many relevant and detailed courses or learning tutorials officially to get up quickly on this platform
