What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales cloud gives a complete package related to the sales lifecycle. It has very nicely predefined standard objects which can be directly used to store relevant information. There is a predefined relationship is also there which connects objects without configuring anything. Customization and automation are also very easy by using the drag and drop functionality of flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disabling some of the fields of the standard object is not allowed and due to this sometimes we need to add fake data just to save the record. In relationships, we can not keep the standard object on the detail side of any custom object. We can not call API directly by using the APEX trigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing the lead with all of the details like a lead owner, source, and action performed can be done very easily. The auto-assignment and auto-response features are also very helpful as they decrease the workload. Capturing the emails from email directly to Salesforce record is also helping a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Loading of bulk data takes time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a very good platfoem to manage sales of a an organisation with quite a handy and easy to use features like lead management , campaign management via different platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features required coding knowledge like apex which needs time and experience to master and also the cost of this product is high which everyone cannot afford .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all the problems related to sales like - Lead management via a different platform, auto-response to customers via mail, campaign management,easy conversion of leads to accounts and contacts, opportunity management, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sales Cloud is quite a handy platform, anyone can learn it in less amount time. It manages your whole sales lifecycle in a proper way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the data is being captured and the reports are very user-friendly. Even though I have minimal knowledge of coding the system also allows me to create simple automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to find solutions out of the box. If there is something that you need that is specific to your use case, you might have to go through leaps and bounds to get to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales cloud is innately a very good CRM, companies use this tool to help them track their sales and how they relate to the clientele. Using salesforce, allows us to be more driven especially when we see our targets and numbers, and enables us to be more targeted when it comes to our sales strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create and edit new fields for different kinds of objects, extremely customizable, intuitive and has good documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports should have more features and the possibility to include more row-level calculations and the possibility to report on files and attachments related to Opportunities. Also, the dashboards are quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Cloud is our core CRM and it can integrate with almost all our other tools. We use it to track our pipeline and the activities made through the other tools I mentioned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be conservative when creating custom fields and layouts. It will be hard to manage later

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize your data sets to meet the companies needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to customize your data sets and the fact it can happen in so many places. To troubleshoot someone else's work can be daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our sales opportunities and keeping the sales team on track for targeted goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get training. Not just end-user training, but also real admin training. Put a plan together of what you want it to accomplish for your team. When making changes always think long term, because something will change and you do not want to be pigeonholed.

What do you like best about the product?
We can integrate the sales process in sales cloud very easily. Very few and complex situation require the apex programming rest all can be managed by using flows. The interface is very easy to understand and the security model is also very easy to configure. Approval process is also can be configured as per requirement very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lagging in loading bulk of data. Sometimes I have faced situation where loading of data takes time. Cannot create lookup relation with the standard object in the detail side of custom object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is capturing lead from web directly and assigning on the basis of different criteria. The console view is giving the details of all related objects. Notifying the user as per the events.

Adding of standard object in detail side of custom object.

What do you like best about the product?
The predefined standard objects are used to capture the data of sales lifecycle can capture the very small information as well like capturing the email, calls. The default functionality of conversion of lead to account, contact and opportunity. The stage field which is present on lead and opportunity gives much clarity and the reports give the overall status of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes so much time to load the data. Some mandatory fields are there on the standard object but sometimes those details are not required to be captured, just because they are mandatory it is required to fill some data in it. We can not call API from trigger synchronously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering prospective leads and opportunities and maintaining the history of each lead/opportunity is hard to maintain. With the help of the sales cloud, it became easy to track the details of each prospect. The notification section to remind the task or event related to any customer is also a good point that helped very much. Emails can also be sent via org. The approval process is also good.

Data Loading time is more,it should be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Predefined objects and conversions are already there like lead to account, contact and opportunity which are required in sales. With that, if we need some other functionality, the customisation part is very easy in salesforce, by using the drag and drop functionalities of flows we can easily customise our org as per the requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some predefined fields in the standard objects which we can not edit or remove. For example, while creating an account record it is mandatory to enter the company field, even if we don't want. Another thing that I dislike is the conversion lead to account and contact, by using default functionality we cannot auto-populate a custom filed on leads to both account and contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to maintain the sales life cycle over the salesforce sales cloud. Keeping track of each lead is very easy, we are capturing every small thing of the customer, like capturing the discussion over calls, feedback and emails. We don,t need to remember the events, salesforce gives the notification for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More freedom is required to customize the predefined fields in standard objects.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to implement our own flow for sales operation processes.
We can make custom objects per our requirements to make the most of our operations.
As it is cloud-based, you are assured that your data is available anytime and anywhere. Also, your data will be safe forever.
The Reports are the most helpful feature that enables users to gain custom insights on the Sales data that can also be used for forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a little bit of lagging UI.
Not beginner-friendly of course. Getting started and setting up your environment takes huge effort and time.
You wish you'd have somebody to get you started and going.
Customer support will disappoint you sometimes.
This is a very feature-rich tool and very useful so it also comes a little costly. Not suited for micro/small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping smooth and simplify the complex Sales operation processes.
Saving a lot of time on cold opportunities.
It is taking the Sales representative's ability to the next level with its innovative tools and plug-ins.

Must try if the business's budget allows.
Apart from the Sales people, have a Salesforce Admin.
