Sales numbers and growth tracking at one place
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the fact that I am able to track growth of my company sales real time and does not have to wait for data from different departments
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike the fact that it is not accessible by all departments as there is no internal communication and we have to rely on different modes of internal communication
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force helps us in tracking the growth of our sales over the years through different mechanisms, which proves to be really cost effective
Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The default functions that are present are very helpful to keep track of sales life-cycle. Easy configuration and customisation with the help of drag and drop functionality of flows. Easy process to submit a record for approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not disable the some of mandatory fields which are provided in standard objects. We can not call REST API directly from triggers. Sometime it takes lot of time to load data. Governer limits are low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Salesforce Salescloud it is very easy to keep track of each and every customers and with the help of reportswe can easily get the prospecting customers in line. Auto assignment of lead on the basis of fields is also found very helpfull.

- a CRM which is very easy to use by the general user with minimum training
- As the system administration, it is easy to migrate data into and out of Salesforce CRM

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be an expensive CRM compared to other CRMS. However, if you consider the time that is saved by using an easy to customise build and the maintenance, it is worth the price

With every business need that we need to cater to, obviously, we need to gather user needs and prototype, test and release it.
With how Salesforce is built and many integrations to other systems, it is easy to build a feature you need in Salesforce platform.
Also with Einstein Suggestions, those features makes our job in administering Salesforce Sales Cloud very easy

Salesforce is like legos for process.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is. I can quickly get a new process built and into the system in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have how customizable it is because there can be soooo many pitfalls. I also hate the constant re-branding of existing products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our CRM and place where all of our sales data and processes are stored. It's how we accomplish our business.

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice that emails and communications that you use in your primary email client is automatically uploaded and synced with the appropriate account in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with the integration between Salesforce and my primary email client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to focus only on email correspondence with the peace of mind that the email with be synced and uploaded to the correct account within Salesforce.

Try it out and enjoy having something run in the background that works as it should.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the sales cloud is its easy-to-use interface and the tools which it provides. The best features are lead management, Campaign management, conversion of leads to Accounts and contacts in a single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in the sales cloud need times to learn and get familiar with and some features require knowledge of programming language like apex to learn which takes time.Apart from this, i didn't find any cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many problems are solved with the help of point-and-click tools like acquiring leads with the help of different platforms like email and web.Autoresponse is sent to customer which can be easily customized and configured.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely, I recommend this product to everyone. It saves a lot of time and resources and is very easy to learn.Also it manages all the processes of sales from lead management to conversion of successful leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provides the best sales support features. Their dashboard is one of the best things as it provides an overall standing of all the open and closed sales to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Salesforce except for their website design which can be redesigned to provide a more modernized approach. But at the end of the day it provides you with the best functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps us maintain the record of all the sales that we have approached and the ones that were converted to potential customers. They provide support to both businesses and customers in both B2B and B2C aspects.
It helped us to track the statuses of the open sales orders and understand the bottlenecks in the process that are causing the delay.

Sales cloud provides very good and easy user interface that any one can learn and use easily. Apart from some of the beneficial features are lead management campaign management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features require coding knowledge which someone has to spend time in learning and also the cost of the platform is very high which every one can not afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems which are solved by the sales cloud are lead management from different sources and platforms, campaign management, lead conversion to contact and account and storing all the relevant data.

It is a very good and easy to learn platform i recommend this to others.

Covering all the small details of sales, we can capture all the data related to business. Easy customization by using the drag and drop functionality of flow. Automatic apply for approval based on the details of the record.

Sometimes it takes so much time to load the data. governer limits are low. As a developer, we need to be very careful with recursion. In reports, we can send only a limited amount of records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring sales and response of customers is very easy. Applying for approval and keeping the track of approval history is one of the difficult tasks but it is very well handled in salesforce. The auto-assignment rule is a good feature.

Increase the governer limit for CPU execution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this can integrate and customized to fit your needs based on your job and your individual needs. The reporting is comprehensive and easy to read based on what you program it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit intimidating! It was do everything so sometimes it is hard to understand where you should start. A clear path is not always obvious when working in it for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all my accounts is easy! Being able to create custom reports based on the data is so helpful and saves so much time. This keeps me focused on what I need to do versus spending unnecessary time building a report.
