Solid Consistency with Room for UX Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly value how Salesforce Sales Cloud unifies all our sales data, making it accessible globally for our sales representatives. This integration allows seamless sharing of business insights. Additionally, I find the customization of objects particularly beneficial as it effectively aligns with and enhances our organizational processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the most difficult issue was about adoption within the company. The challenge stemmed from our users not being accustomed to using a CRM, which made the initial setup and integration quite trying. Additionally, I think there could be an improvement in the UX design of the platform, both on the user and admin sides. Enhancing this aspect could greatly improve the overall experience.

Salesforce Sales Cloud unifies our data, granting all sales reps global access to shared knowledge, boosting collaboration and informed decision-making.

Loyalty management, not sure if this module is part of sales.

Integrations with other applications and the partners helped with that.

I efficiently can setup the sales cloud for users to talk to the clients

A little more expansion on workflows for sales.

Declarative but secure. My team can rely on SF security structure

It’s just sooooo expensive. Compared to other CRM platforms.

It’s acting as the basis for an NPO operating platform. This includes offering experience clouds across a variety of constituents

The user interface is extremely intuitive, and overall, it functions exceptionally well.

The map layer could be improved and look and feel could be improved

First, the user interface can be unintuitive and overwhelming, especially for new users or non-technical team members. Navigation between different modules is not always seamless, and the overall UI could be more streamlined and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the UX and UI of Salesforce Sales Cloud. The intuitive design makes it easier for us to do our jobs efficiently. We are also excited about the AI augmentation, anticipating the potential capabilities it can provide to enhance our work experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the change management aspect of the initial setup process to be somewhat difficult, making it challenging to get people accustomed to and willing to use the system.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud enhances our work efficiency with its intuitive UX and UI, making navigation and task execution simpler compared to our outdated system.
