Powerful but Raw

Sales cloud is powerful, relational and incredibly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud, depending on your needs, can require lots of customization and sometimes added costs to obtain desired features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps bring visibility to what business we have currently and what to business to expect in the near future using pipeline.
Ease of use is great but ootb reporting could use some work.
What do you like best about the product?
The ui is very user friendly and being able to configure low/no code solutions helps decrease dev effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not great especially when trying to view or export large amounts of rows.

Connecting data from multiple sources and presenting to agents in insightful and efficient ways.

I like how easy it is to understand your customers needs and streamline those needs into personalized solutions.

Getting everything connected from your organization

Reducing manual steps, non value add work and streamlining user experience
Simple, Customizable, but Can Be Clunky
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get up and rolling out of the box is super fast and pretty simple with a little training. Customizing with additional objects is fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Lightning UI can still be a bit clunky and slow on performance. More native options to change UI styling would be beneficial for those who may not prefer the Lightning UI look and feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, data entry and tracking, and being easy to customize with new features. This means that it is rare having to go off-platform for other solutions and the fast configuration and not worrying about admistrative overhead means it is worth the user license costs.
There are a lot of factors like cost but it is pretty good.

The flexibility to interact with many partners to create integrations between systems.

It can be difficult to wait for an admin to make changes
