Best way to integrate

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage all accounts under one dashboard including opportunities, quotes, and Integration of other sales enablement tools with ease and style.best of all
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime I get trouble in exporting the leads to outreach but though it is rectifiable, seamless integration process would be great, I wish it could be better during inporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's wonderful, and I'm able to track my all activities including integration of tools like Active campaign, woopra, and so on which makes life easy , ofcourse

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is pretty much limited by your creativity. The ability to customise is almost endless and even when there are areas limited by salesforce software, there is usually a workaround.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about the software for the main CRM, if anything then some of the additional salesforce features like Pardot for marketing I don't like as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acting as a CRM solution for our client facing teams. It is great for tracking the relationships at both the contact and account level as well as tracking opportunities and other related activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Salesforce Sales Cloud to quickly interact with potential and actual clients. Also, ut allows us the ability to reassign interactions with others on our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish texts via Salesmsg were sent as iMessages. Response rates are lower for iPhone users when a SMS text message is received. SMS messages tend to come across more as automated, then iMessages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to communicate with our customers efficiently and allows us to keep conversations organized for our team to see, review, and respond to. This allows us to not have to purchase company phones.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good for AEs and closing deals. It is geared at closing active deals in the pipeline and connecting all the deals into one solid tool. So it does its purpose but honestly, the regular salesforce version is also fine. I manage the SDR team and we do not use the sales cloud as much as the AEs do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot of features that all departments can use. This would not be a good tool for SDRs or presales. It can attach to your website if that's where you generate your leads the most, but it is meant for closing deals and giving a 360 view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does resolve a lot of routing issues, however the 360 view of an account helps the AE look more into their deals and pipeline. For new pipeline if you have an SDR it does help but again, I feel like this tool is more to help the AEs. My team does not use this version anymore we went back to Lightning

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized database in one place that is very customizable. Reports can get very granular and can pull in alot of detail. Because it is the industry standard most software interfaces with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some ways it is too customizable and can be overwhelming. More onboard support is needed, and we basically started from scratch about 9 months in when we realized we had made too many mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all our team which is remote and centralizing all the data in one place. Connecting our other software has allowed us to streamline our business needs and we now make sure that any software we buy plugs in to Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
sales cloud has CRM capabilities like lead management, marketing automation and contact management these application helps organizations to manage customer's account, sales leads I like the most
What do you dislike about the product?
In the sales cloud in some functionality, we have to do coding so the people who don't know coding part of sales cloud is slightly difficult for them so this is the disadvantage which I have found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales cloud lead management, marketing automation and contact management these application help me to manage customer account track sales lead conduct and monitor marketing campaign and provide service post sale

Expensive and modular licensing, because continuing implementation is limited to the allocated budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Very effective search provides multiple options across all objects and allows you to choose what you are looking for. While that might seem basic, I've used multiple software solutions that you have to fight with to provide reasonable responses and Salesforce does not have that issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits that are set for views and for actions are too small. Only being able to select 200 items for bulk updates and only being able to view 2000 items in a list make many tasks tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce does a great job of capturing prospect data and integrating with data from other software so that entries don't have to be duplicated manually, cutting down on administrative time.
