Best tool to manage sales lead

What do you like best about the product?
The automation for leads and CRM is the best. Integration with other software makes it by far the best tool to grow sales of your services.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now. We had some issues with a few lead batches, but it was resolved by Salesforce team within a few hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're growing our sales number exponentially. We can manage customers and categorize them depending on the demographic. Follow-up on leads function is helpful to convert leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Usefully way and has been the industry standard for 10+ years. They have great integrations and is very easy to learn how to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I dislike about this product. It has great integrations and it's easy to use out of the box just like most of salesforce tools and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with tracking your leads opportunities accounts the entire sales process building out different parts of your pipeline based on your sales plays cell structures and how you would like to understand why opportunities were close lost to competitors

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Birdeye and Salesforce has been an integral part of making our online reputation management easy. I love the Get Feedback button!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could more easily track who sent the request as well as better tracking of who clicks on review sites (only seems to work with some)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of requesting reviews. We have had a much higher volume of feedback because it is an easy one-click action through Salesforce and the timestamp on the feedback request

Data analysis becomes easy using Salesforce..one of the best CRM injabe used till now..very good dashboard and easy to use. Salesforce make my life easy when it comes tomteam reporting

What do you like best about the product?
salesforce sales cloud is very interactivemigrating all the systems togetherly allows streamlining different processes separately and its support effectively all the available 3k plus integration tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
in every integration, we need to develop the separate personalise existing expires due to this duplicating rooms are creating with unwanted data mapping its also leads to bad data promotion etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy streamline of multiple data sets in one place and also better creation of unique output itself and its helpful in multilocation data maintenance without any interaction of existing services.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurancy and reliability of the infrastructure. Reportings are very strong and customization is possible. All our other applications are integrated with Salesforce wich is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The split of the data with leads and contacts can be confusing and create some issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our data is secured and we can both prospect and manage our clients. Reportings and dashboard allow us to get the right information live to take decisions

What do you like best about the product?
I am relatively new to Salesforce and I have felt the Salesforce Cloud was very useful since it has automated a few common business cases it was a lot helpful and seeing the cloud architecture, I felt really good which helped in making the application optimised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the application was made totally in the cloud, most of the time I felt it was slow and I guess Salesforce could work on optimising the loading time of the application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) In automating tasks and making smarter decisions so that to grow the business by taking important decisions.
2) Common business cases which are already a part of the default salesforce cloud made the developers have a head start on the features

What do you like best about the product?
In the sales cloud, we have lead management, we can track sales leads and Account, contact, and opportunity management along with it we can have the functionality of web to lead conversion
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit slow to load the pages and sometimes we need to code to avail some extra features so hence the people with noncoding backgrounds find it a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers great functionality to manage sales of the company, it provides the best and most effective tracking system to manage and analyze customers' demand and approach towards any sales.
