What do you like best about the product?
The best part of it is you just have a feed few datas and rest all the details will be on your screen. And its very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lag behind and slow down so thats irritating sometime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the name suggests its a crm cloud service so you dont have to worry about your data. Anytime anywhere its accessible.

Easy to track Operations with Saleforce!

What do you like best about the product?
I had used the Salesforce Sales Cloud service primarily for tracking our project contact details, contact instances, scheduled calls and reporting features. The automation that I used 6 months ago had a lower learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support was not optimal at times due to the high ETAs of resolution. They need to lower their response times and give lasting solutions. Their representatives need to take more ownership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had it for the purpose of picking external emails as leads, from our inbox and this was the start of our automated sales pipeline. There was indeed a significant rise in our business by around 10%.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is undoubtedly the most powerful CRM software on the market today. I have used it for over five years, making my job much more manageable. The best part about Salesforce is that you can access it from anywhere - there's an app for your phone, tablet, and computer. You can also customize your homepage to make completing routine tasks even quicker and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires some effort to comprehend how it operates. Once you learn how to use them, the many options are fantastic. However, there is a lot to take in at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud helps businesses keep track of customer interactions, sales data, and analytics on one platform. This provides benefits such as monitoring and communicating with customers more efficiently, creating targeted marketing campaigns, and reducing the need for double-checking work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce can be used as a tool for many different teams to communicate account changes and updates without endless email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our usage of Salesforce is limited to the sales role, and our set up is not conducive for our customer success role. Salesforce isnt the issue here- its our usage of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows our interdepartmental teams to communicate effectively about a client without having to actually discuss each detail in a meeting or audit.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the pages, different modules and easy navigation of data. Different environments for QA, Development and Production. No extensive coding language needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I believe the prices for Cloud hosting, but not sure. In my application we were able to realize the Product requirements. Features to design Applications as per Business Process Flows could be enhanced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account onboarding, new accounts migration. documentation and storage requirements for each financial account. Docusign integration for signed documents requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has used Salesforce extensively, I can say that it is a great tool for managing sales and keeping track of materials and students. The simple configuration means that you don't need to be a programmer to use it effectively, and the few restrictions on customizing it can be circumvented if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users have complained that the Salesforce Sales Cloud interface is not particularly user-friendly or visually appealing. While this does not affect its functionality, it could be improved. Users think the rules for identifying potential duplicate could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've found that Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great tool for managing sales and marketing in one place. It's helped us to keep better track of our leads, customers, and opportunities while also providing valuable insights that help us close more deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that so many things integrate with Salesforce, and that (if set up correctly) it can serve as a central point of truth for what's been going on with an account throughout their lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so much flexibility your experience is really dependent on who you have managing/maintaining your instance, and with so many different integrations that also means there are different points of failure to investigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a centralized place for us to track activity of an account from prospecting through onboarding, renewal/upsells, pull in usage data and support case volume, log activities, manage and forecast churn, reactivation
