Not cheap but worth it.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an extremely extensible development platform where customers are able to do most configurations for the more environments with clicks without coding and is supported by an amazing educational platform, Trailhead, so most changes are done without a significant learning curve. I'm constantly able to leverage the innovative enhancements that are delivered 3 times per year as part of the major upgrades and enjoy working with the tool even on my spare time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience really depends on the expertise and professionalism of the implementation teams - without significant customizations, the navigation is not entirely intuitive for novice users of the lightning platform and requires training.
Furthermore, the user licenses tend to be on an expensive side compared to the other CRM products and as a result is costing company like ours millions. This said, the benefits of the platform outweigh the costs so at this point it's worth it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to use it in 5 lines of business in my current organization and manage live production environments for over 1200 users with just a handful of developers and admins.
Salesforce is in my opinion a " Kit", which needs to be made as a tool, once done, awesome!

Managing the Follow ups, sales forecasting, and managing the tasks to the team

Its is "Kit" you need a System Integrator to custom design to the company's needs, once done, incredible

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete software, which has very useful tools, such as being able to integrate with social networks, thus being in contact with customers on different platforms. It also allows us to segment and capture potential customers, according to the specifications we need such as age, geo-location, gender and many more filters. Its crm is very easy to use and helps us to perform activities almost automatically and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is such a complete tool and can be used in almost any department, it requires prior training to reach and take advantage of its full potential. We needed external help to be able to configure it and start working with it, since migrating the data from the computer to the system was a long and complicated task. It may be a bit expensive for some start-up companies, but it is definitely worth the price for all the tools it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software in the sales department and without a doubt it is the best crm we have ever had. We can make our sales smoothly thanks to its sales activity management, customer tracking, and sales pipeline, it allows us to develop the perfect strategies to quickly and successfully close sales with different customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
As Salesforce is a multi tenent platform, resources need to be used carefully, there are governer limits which should be taken under consideration while developing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to bring customer's all business on single place which makes it more efficient. Also collaborating service cloud with sales cloud can enhance your services for the customers.
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
The organization is great. One of my favorite features is the ability to filter down views as granular as you want. Reporting is fantastic, and really helps keep on top of teams with dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to change my password every 90 days. Honestly no real issues, sometimes duplicates are a major pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been solved in Lightning, but we havent moved over yet unfortunately.
Essential CRM for my sales department.
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales representatives and managers heavily rely on Salesforce Sales Cloud, a dependable customer relationship management system, to monitor and assess the progress and results of all sales efforts. Salesforce's user interface is well-designed, its API is adaptable, and it is compatible with many other applications. It has an outstanding report generator, and the data it generates enables us to be more proactive and predictive with our business strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage is that this software is time-consuming to implement, and we've encountered performance bugs that their technical support has helped us resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has allowed us to configure the workflows and make activities surrounding sales and contact with potential customers more transparent. Managing our customer database is a breeze, and we've discovered that syncing it with our marketing automation platform has increased our efficiency and enabled us to make more data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a great tool for managing customer relationships. The tool is capable of tracking lead and contact journeys, opportunities, sales pipeline and forecast revenue. Sales Cloud also comes with free dashboards and reports that you can download from App Exchange.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Opportunity Pipeline inspector could be improved. It limits the ability to filter on custom fields such as ARR, and only shows the standard fields such as "Opportunity Amount".
The second limitation is the forecasting tool. Opportunity owners can add the "committed amount" and "adjusted notes", however managers can not edit them. Which is a limitation as managers want to be able to collaborate with the team and have everyone on the same page.

b. when integrated with a powerful analytic tool such as 6sense, it empowers the revenue team to be more effective and efficient.

- Cannot create tasks and reminders
- Have to log in every 15 minutes if there is no activity (for security purposes I understand)
- UI/UX seems a little outdated (It hasn't changed in years)

It is one of the best CRMs out there. Go for it if your budget allows.

Automation, Flexibility and different feature out of the box such as reports and dashboards
Additionally all the new roll outs give you point and click features to integrate with other systems, automate your business processes with flow and now cherry on the top are the AI features which helps and assist the team with their tasks and operations

Some of the feature limitations such as you can`t schedule a joint report and few limitations

More productivity in the overall sales process plus automated reports and dashboard make it really easy to keep track of the numbers and different measures/KPI

It is simple to view and update customer data by logging in from any location.

The only downside I've experienced with SalesForce is that entering data is not instantly saved, which can result in lost work.
