What do you like best about the product?
This is one the best CRM and easy to configure from admin/developers point and easy to use for customer. Regular enhancements done by Salesforce to make product up to date and innovative changes done be Salesforce.
Sales cloud is capable of tracing whole Sales process and it can be configured as per organizational needs by out of the box functionality of Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have dislike with Sales Cloud. It's a bit costly tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to simplify the Sales process of organizations. And multiple clouds helps in different processes like service, community etc.

Excellent Tool For Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working in the Marketing and sales team for a long time, And my exp with Salesforce cloud is incredible. It helps the sales team to manage closing leads. It also automates sales processes, and the UI is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such point to dislike this phenomenal product. It's worth having, It's the best tool to maintain communication with potential customers. It's also recommended for Mid Size companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves sales manager challenges in a very effective manner. It easily handles customer challenges and customer issues faster. It's helping to increase business productivity.

User friendly interface and the ability to add new functionality as per your business needs.

The customisation for the tool is a bit pricey and not every user can customise the automation as per their requirement themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped with tracking the customer tickets and all the history of the cases for that account is visible. The attachments, customer size, support type etc are very well defined.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the most customizable platform out there to meet different needs and use cases. It is supported by a great learning tool Trailhead that significantly reduces the time needed to learn and customize better. We have been able to completely tailor the tool to meet our needs and use it across departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although customizable, sometimes it throws out different errors and requires a Salesforce administrator to troubleshoot and resolve. If your sales enablement teams are not well staffed, you would not be able to get it working properly all the time.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us take care of accounts, opportunities, upsell and cross sell, forecasting, support and reporting. We use it extensively for all our business departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud facilitate the sales of an organization by empowering there sales team to convert leads into customer more efficiently and quickly. It helps organization sales team to have holistic view of customers at one place. Sales Cloud automates the sales process, it provide point-and-click tools to enhance and customize workflows which reduces turn around time and helps to boost productivity and revenues of organization. It make customer data easily available over mobile as well as desktop. It also helps in forecasting sales so that more informed decision could be taken.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is less economical for small size business. Trouble shooting is not easy, it takes time when automation fails as error message are very fuzzy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When an organization starts utilising Sales Cloud it increases there lead conversion percentage. Organization is able to take more effective and efficient business decisions by utilising forecasting feature of sales cloud. Einstein's analytics is another feature which when used with salescloud can help business in priotizing top leads and enhances there chance of successfully closing them by analysing sales data.
Very robust and complete tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very comprehensive tool for both the day-to-day of the commercial area as well as for middle and upper management, achieving the ability to obtain all kinds of information. The advantages of being able to have it include having a record of your main potential clients and business opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful, the truth would depend on where you look at it from, since I send... the worst part is taken by sales as it is the one that must complete all the information so that the rest of the C-level and executives can extract the data and make decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have the taking of everything that is happening in the company, the dashboards help, the customizations of the reports, everything is of utmost importance for decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy salesforce crm, there are a few features when linking to my soft phone I do not enjoy, but sf in general is easy to use and compatible with other programs and lost views, the cloud allows storage of contacts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the pop up during calls and the inability for salesforce to identify all duplicate accounts. There needs to be a better fuction to cross-reference similar names emails etc. Also, when it is not a duplicate giving the ability to merge easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep good notes and see prospect information so I can stay organized. It also is easy to use so I do not feel like I am wasting time.
first year user, good tool, but I feel it's a little outdated.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can centralize accounts and "tab" them out by account and prospect that stay open to go back too.
What do you dislike about the product?
note style is very outdated. Have to scroll down towards the end of the "report" to see notes, I also feel like it is a little clunky and you can oversee what you trying to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me find accounts and prospects to out reach too with out having to search them by name or number like zoom info.
