The main benefit of salescloud are forecasting,lead management, account management ,Opportunity Managment, Reports and Dynamic Dashboard

The salesforce license is slightly costly , space limitation

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like about the Salesforce Sales Cloud. Automating the sales cycle is a big plus, as it can save time and effort. The ability to generate reports and dashboards is also beneficial in keeping track of all aspects of the CRM. Another thing that I like is the ability to apply filters across pieces. This makes it much easier to find the specific information I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like Salesforce because the software's vast capabilities and integrations can make it appear intimidating at first. However, even inexperienced users will soon find their feet. Contrary to my expectations, the mobile version assumed the same capabilities as the browser version, albeit with a more adaptable layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What problem does the Salesforce Sales Cloud Management system that permits interaction with data streams solve? It facilitates the completion of data reports that require the assistance of analysts.

Automation, Reports and dashboards. Flow builder is very powerful functionality. It's like giving the power to those who don't want to write code even they can do amazing things. Mobile friendl ui which means it's completely responsive so no need to worry about user experience.

I like everything about Salesforce can't think of a reason to dislike it because the people behind Salesforce are continuously working to make the better things best .

I am a Salesforce developer I develop solutions for my clients. I don't need to completely code everything since I can automate things and design complex functionality using flows also.

Central to everything-can have multiple users collaborating in one area . It allows you to keep track of what you are doing today, yesterday, and in the future

The downside is more of a personal one where I tend to assign more tasks per day than I can get done sometimes.

Easy collaboration between multiple people or departments, whether in the office or remotely. Makes me more productive as I do not have to search multiple programs for the information needed

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of out of the box dashboards that are already connected to Salesforce which allows for a proof of concept or something to leverage and build out as our own for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be more detailed documentation around the different Salesforce objects so when I'm building out data sources, it's a bit clearer. Additionally there are some limitations with joining different data types together.

Currently we have insight now into our assets installed around the world. We integrated the congressional districts in to help our federal department pull up easily when having discussions on the gaps of where these assets are.

Nothing big as such. Very intense and lots of steps required. But so far so good. Just looking for more features as there is always a room of improvements so implement it n good to go.

The most beautiful thing in Salesforce cloud is its 360 CRM process which is quite easily we can learn and implement in our organization or company. Second thing is there is no need of multiple applications as its based on cloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing of the products is some what high and if we used any basic version then there is some limitation for cloud storage and features. Should be more simplicity in dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helps to store all details of the customer in very standard way in case Management, Able to make ticket very fast as compare to the service now tool. In few case found that even we filling mandorty details its doesn't work but I think its the issue with Company template as well so i will not consider this.

The chance to personalize the tool for whatever you need. The flexibility is fantastic and allows you to suit it to any sales process. Having all the information in the clud is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe sometimes the tool is challenging to learn and manage. We need to hire an expert to configure all our needs, which may be expensive. However, this would greatly improve long-term data quality and sales process information.

Salesforce has all information secure and centralized. This fact helped us improve our sales process and made us close more deals. Salesforce is also great for analyzing the funnel and promoting teamwork in achieving organizational revenue goals.
