A Great Experience

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly. My user can have no knowledge of Salesforce and still figure out how to use it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a admin, the backend of the sales cloud is not user friendly. There's a lot of click to do one thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving how we organize our sales and contacts. Without it, we would be keeping track of everything in an Excel spreadsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
I can add notes to accounts and pull lists of all that share the same title.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are quite complex, so it's taking a long time to get comfortable with the platform.

Having one place for all client information.

Amazing CRM Tracking Software

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows us to track all customer / client / project details in one place as well as provide an excellent reference point of data with all of our other projects in order to stay on top of critical analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization can be pricey and it would be nice to be able to use alt keys, but that is just due to my fianance profession and I do no like to use a mouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is solving our project management as well as profesisonal contact network all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like Salescloud Dashboards.They help in making insightful decisions by providing a real-time picture of the business at one glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data if inappropriately handled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction in cost, Increase in Transparency , Enhanced Risk management

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is one of most used product of salesforce, it keep on updating and keep on providing new max user friendly tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but the slow behavior sometimes gives bad user experience and also prime support sla should be less then 8 hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer relationship and easy tracking of data

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredible tool that I've used and that I am responsible for training my students on. It keeps all the information handy, and there are plenty of help/resources that make using it very easy. Lightning was a major upgrade a few years ago and haven't looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish slack integrated better into the sales cloud pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to educate students and futepsales leaders on effective CRM strategies. It allows our students to manage a customer and review their history.

What do you like best about the product?
My dashboards answers my mentor, my accountant and my questions at a click of the button. I have no extended our offering and we are able to be smart and precise on areas to focus on!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pricy for small organizations and it does take time to get into the habit of data entering (like all crms)

Great Tool with glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce because it acts as multiple tools in one : database, integrate with phone system, service tickets,administrative work. It really is multifaceted
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say I do t like the glitches. I use this tool all day everyday at work. When I'm processing tickets, sometimes the ticket just closes while you are working on it, and I have ti refresh and lose the data just put into the ticket. That is one of my biggest issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely benefits operations. You can do virtually all your administrative task through Salesforce.we would be lost without it, we communicate between various departments.
