Great for customer relationship management and marketing conversion tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep teams on the same page. Easy to organize activities into campaigns and to track effectiveness of said campaigns.
Pulling lists and placing those lists into integrated marketing campaigns is easy. Also enjoy the ability to create extensive and detailed marketing drip campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can appear to be overwhelming if you are not trained. The training itself can be a little confusing. However, there are plenty of YouTube videos that can fill in the pieces. It's helpful to have an onsite Salesforce ambassador to answer your questions.

Helping marketing and salesteam work together more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, easy to find information, Good UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company install of Salesforce is buggy...weird error msgs, CPQ not able to generate quotes, etc. Bottom line is your Salesforce implementer and admin will have a great deal of impact on the user experience so choose wisely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all sales data in one spot for easy reporting and data mining. Centralized system for opportunity, customer data and configure, price, quote to work sales process.

The integration with email and other platforms and the reports

It took me some time to get used to using Salesforce, but now that I'm used to it, I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes tracking the sales process and lead status a lot easier. It saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Having so much information available in one spot is great. The ability to integrate with other sales tools really makes it useful. As our use evolves it touches more parts of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to edit information quickly is the biggest challenge I face. Having a user-configured view of opportunities that allows sorting and rearranging the page would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage a pipeline of new and existing business. Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us identify new opportunities to expand our relationships with existing customers.
Great product for complex data
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we were able to house all of our customer data in one place. Our agents were also able to log any customer communications or complaints that took place. We were also able to integrate SF with our marketing automation platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that sometimes it could take a full day just to load data from other platforms into Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster way to load customer data, lots of different report capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
there are a few things I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud. First, the integration with ChurnZero allows me to track all the data that my client success department needs on one platform. This is crucial for team efficiency and coordination. Second, synchronization between groups ensures that everyone can access the most up-to-date information possible - no more playing catchup! And lastly, the flexibility of the sales cloud means that it can be customized according to each company's specific needs - making it an ideal tool for businesses of all sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud doesn't offer real-time inputs. It is conceivable for two individuals to input information about the same property simultaneously without realizing it. It would help if you knew if a coworker is on the same property as you and entering data and what type of data they are entering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Salesforce Sales Cloud aims to resolve is the lack of a single authoritative source. This means that all departments can make informed decisions, from sales to support.
Organizing the tasks become easy.
What do you like best about the product?
In the salesforce, we can fetch all the information regarding the campaign, etc... in one place. Dashboards option gives us a clear performance of our tasks, by this we are able to analyze the data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Salesforce even if the campaign is terminated or paused also it is showing the upcoming tasks till the campaign end date. Due to this under pending tasks, it is showing many pending tasks which look bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Force is the place where we can get all the data in one place. We will get notifications if anyone posts information or assign a task. We can assign tasks to other teammates and also can give the priority.

What do you like best about the product?
The great amount of customisation. Salesforce can do more or less anything you can imagine, but you will have to build it from scratch. Competitors have the edge when it comes to ease of usage but in terms of potential none can rival SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to manage. You have to build everything on your own. Support is not responsive and not that good. I have had the same experience with account success team and so on.
